Seeing so many good headcanons like these FOR Churro Cookie feels like the freshest air has been offered to me oh my God

Fresh Churro headcanons upon y'all-

. Starting simple, Churro cookie still hasn't forgiven or forgotten about what Wind Archer had done that resulted in Night Raven. He still has his tensions with the legendary but it isn't burning rivalry anymore on his end. Wind Archer knows this and accepts that he did, in fact, fuck up badly by trusting Pomegranate.

. Churro actually used to enjoy pomegranate seeds as a snack as a child, but after the poisoning of the Millennial Forest, He doesn't eat them anymore, seeing them as a symbol of the greatest pain he had endured in his life.

. He is a constant hummer and singer. When alone or tending to the Cookiemals or other younger cookies, he'd often hum or sing to keep peace of mind. His voice is basically enchanting yet haunting if you hear him but not see him. Yes, he did use it to his advantage and spooked the hell out of Wind Archer once.

. He's the only cookie in his generation that hasn't cut his hair for whatever reason, leaving it absolutely long and fluffy if his hoops are undone. He has a specific care routine to make sure it stays healthy and clean.

. Churro used to bite a lot as a kid. Nothing was safe and his jaws were strong enough to nearly crush bone. Yes, he bit Millennial tree cookie many times before. Yes, he still has that jaw strength and can cat yawn, which exposes sharp teeth.

. He owns and wears a lot of jewelry when not on guardian duty. Lip cuffs, earrings, regular rings, prayer beads, he's got at least one pair of jewelry to wear when he isn't working. The prayer beads stay on all the time except for his bathing routine.

. He has tattoos he had done himself, mostly on his limbs. Tattoos on his back and face were traditionally done by The Millennial tree.

. Speaking of appearance modification, He actually wears a fair bit of face paints, rather for fun or tradition, he never really specifically says.

. He's actually really good with children, just look at how he treats the cookiemals. He immediately went dad mode to protect them.

. He partakes in many of the traditional celebrations of his tribe's culture, but never really the ones for romantic relationships, As he, himself, isn't yet set on the idea of finding a life partner inside or out of the tribe/forest(this is partly because of the extended lifeline he was given by Millennial tree. He doesn't want to outlive who he falls in love with. He came to terms that he'd already live longer than his current friends and family.)

. Absolutely HATES cold weather. Good luck trying to communicate with him when he's extra stoic and even snappy because of the cold weather.

The lore is that he is a version of Wind post Night Raven. But instead of retrieving his old life to some extent, the Raven era kind of uh.... Messed him up. I like to say he is like Night Raven but without the scarlet poison yet still rabid haha..... (none of my friends heard that, probably)

I'll just say that the idea is that he would go out of his way to do more than purifying a soul. Negatively. Probably with some beating up. (Do NOT let him near Cataclysm)
