They cannot say goodbye, cannot share a final embrace, and cannot whisper a last "I love you" before their loved ones are gone.

For these families, hope is both a lifeline and a torment. They dream of reunions and of hearing laughter again, but reality keeps them tethered to grief. Still, they persist. They work tirelessly, sending what little they can to ease the suffering of those trapped in a land that seems to have forgotten peace.
