Last day of face-to-face Classes in the Philippines
It was march 9th, Monday. It was a normal day today, except for we didn't had a section leading the flag ceremony. After it, we received a notice that COVID-19 has entered Metro Manila. Though, that monday really moved on like normal. We were talking with our friends and classmates having fun and doing our own stuffs. For me, I was really just doing nothing other than having small chats with my classmates and listening to the music on my phone while taking a nap. It was really a normal monday aside from none of the teachers went in to have classes. We were told to just sit on our room and just wait for the bell to ring. It was really the kind of normal day it is because of the everyday noise that I always heard at our classroom. But the announcement earlier really made me worried as I was listening to music on my phone. I checked that it was around first week of march that COVID-19 entered Metro Manila. We had our Dance Night at March 7, which was saturday. I kind of got worried about the disease and started to check on others. But they said that they were fine and was able to go to school. I was relieved but at the same time I became aware. So, after that I treated monday like it was normal but I became cautious about the disease. I even walked home just to avoid more contacts from other people from the school. Though, before the class ended. I joked about it being the last day of school to my friends because of the early announcement that there would be a lock down. I never really thought that it would be much more sooner than I thought it would. The next day, there was a public news report that metro manila started to lock down and so the classes were suspended from tuesday up to friday. I messaged my friends about the thing that I said about yesterday was being the last day. It was a late and sudden realization that I experienced that I even made long messages for my friends that for that school year. Because I knew by that time that the suspension will not just go on for that week, as long as the virus moves, we'll be affected more. That's why I messaged them thank you for being my friend for the whole school year. It was really sad to think that a single case was not avoided due to not suspending the travel ban.

Why is it important for qualified youth to register and vote for the 2022 National Elections?
According to the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines Article VII Section IV, "The President and the Vice-President shall be elected by direct vote of the people for a term of six years which shall begin at noon on the thirtieth day of June next following the day of the election and shall end at noon of the same date, six years thereafter". It was year 2016 when President Rodrigo Roa Duterte won the election for Presidency with a large margin against his opponents. Promised us many things such as the end of drugs in the Philippines within 6 months, which is till now, year 2021, has not yet been finished. There was just extra judicial killing. Random drug raids and buy-bust operations. And the worst of all is the death of innocent people that were framed as drug users that were not really proven. Infrastructure developments, that has not yet moved forward on a steady pace because their focus was shifted into different matters such as random debates and vacations. Foreign policy that is up until now is not yet even been confirmed. and many more. But was it really fulfilled? Are we really having a renewed peaceful country? In my perspective, it would be a big no. I don't really think so. As far as I'm concerned, it's just getting worse and worse.
And year 2020 came. January 2020, as the pandemic rose in the Philippines, many of us thought that it would only last for a short while. Because it was just one case that was supposed to be prevented by the travel ban. But the travel ban did not happen because of DOH Secretary Francisco Duque III. Any valid reasons on why was the travel ban did not happened? None. COVID-19 had a widespread and was not even prevented immediately. The primary solution to prevention was to have a mass-testing. Were there one? Also none.
And I, as a youth of this country, having experienced this type of living as a citizen of this country. Having realized his rights and abilities, would like to inform the other youths of this country. That the future of this country relies on our votes in the upcoming election next year at June 2022. And if you think that this does not concern you, I'll make you concerned.
You'll see senators that doesn't know basic math. An attorney that doesn't abide basic health protocols and sticks his face mask into his face shield. A speaker that doesn't abide the quarantine rules and does TikTok videos and Shitposts on social media more than his job. Public speakers and Idols that doesn't even know how roles of our defenders work. Police officers that does not know how to control their temper and just guns off people immediately to death. A president that's trying to run for vice president next election with her daughter running for president. An obese police general that also violated the quarantine rules and even prepared a mañanita for his birthday.
So, why? you asked. If you want to see those people gone for good and removed from this government as your leader, you need to use your brain and choose right for the election. If you don't want the things to repeat, or even become worse. Vote wisely. For the sake of your future. And for the future of the country.

MY MUSIC REVIEW
This song is titled "Paraluman" by Adie. It is a song about courting the traditional way. I chose this song because it got me enthralled by his voice and the beat of the song. And it's oozing with the traditional Filipino love song feels. It's about the guy romanticizing the girl about him being loyal and faithful to his girl. Complimenting her and making the girl feel good of her outside features.
This song made me remember of the old and classic courting songs. All about being passionate and is promoting on how we should treat women good. And the lyrics is about them just being happy and satisfied with each other.
It made me realize how sad and tragic the relationships of other people are and how they can't fix their relationship just because of pride and treachery and other more things that causes their relationship to end because many of us know that we can't and especially shouldn't compare their relationships to others. But sadly, that is how those people in a relationship do theirs.
Anyone doesn't know everything that is in love and what love can do to a person. But In my perception, love is something that should never fade and be gone to one's relationship. Because if they feel like it's not enough, it just means that its starting to vanish.
I kind of hope that the relationships of others can become stronger by listening to this song and make them reminisce of those times when they were just starting their relationship and make that feeling never fade. And when I find mine, I'll make sure that love will never be gone. And just like the song, I will make my girl feel like the beautiful woman the she is and make her confident about herself.
