I think I accidentally fixed someone and I regret it.

You know that meme where its like, in small fandoms sometimes you have to be friends with the person who hit you with a frying pan six times?

Well this person was a proshipper. Really not a fan, but they never wrote abt proshipping, just other slightly weird stuff. Like over-care or infatilization. Chill stuff that I vibe with when I'm said, just straight fluff.

Last year I introduced them to a small fandom and I just went to read some fluff in my deppresive episode and this fucking bitch done took proshipper out of their bio, stopped posting their fics, only reposted abt that one small fandom, and DELETED their other fics.

I single handedly am responsible for the burning of thirty or so comfort fics ooh I'm so fucking mad.

Saw a Vanitas X Jeanne post and people were bringing hate into the club of critiques so I came to their defense.

They used it as a chance to be (unintentionally I hope) homophobic so i defended the hate of Vanitas X Jeanne by saying that it wasn’t the ship itself it was how it was brought into the story.

Vanitas’s character was compassionate and silly and mysterious and the creator contradicted their own character just to make Vanitas X Jeanne when they made Vanitas SA Jeanne. Vanitas wouldn’t typically do that but they made him do it solely for engagement. They didn’t need to do it at all because Vanitas and Jeanne fit together like puzzle pieces as is. The ship WORKS.

Now, why am I making this post? Not to be informative, but bcs people are a word I can’t say.

Someone responded to me saying “And I suppose you know this because you’re the creators cousin?” With a millennial “🙂”

And then immediately blocked me before I could respond.
