Lmao I dont think Faranae blocks are as rare as she says. I made one comment saying she shouldn't interject herself into the fanart train yesterday and ive got a block now.

Lmao ya never know. I agree that after this whole mess they, spud and faranae, shouldnt be throwing themselves into the mix with the positivity towards jirachi. Like this whole thing started because of them, how are you going to now play uwu we're friends again guys look I support you guys doing this after I caused mental turmoil towards someone who didnt deserve it.

I appreciate you doing this. The only reason I insisted in the receipts is due to when you said "I'll keep in mind you've given consent to post your chat transcripts" and was so angry at the situation in whole. So I hadn't known that things were starting to look up for the better and taking a turn in the right direction, so for that I apologize.

Now I have blocked the anons and hopefully that will stop them, however I wont report them. I am hoping that maybe it is a few misguided younger people who do not know the ramifications they would face should I act on their suggestions. Remember, if someone acts on your suicide bait, you will be held legally responsible for it. It never makes it ok. So to the people who sent them, shame on you, how would you feel if I was your sibling or family member receiving these same messages. Anonymity doesn't give you the right to do this. This will be the only time I won't report it. Should I receive anymore threats, especially from the one anon who sent me the location and name of my work place, I will be taking it to the proper authorities.

I won't apologize for this post. Me asking for the receipts came prior to them trying to make amends. I still stand by jirachi personally because the two are different and I feel that concept art isn't something that can be bought. The only thing I will apologize for is that I cant remove my comments asking for the receipts now that they are trying to make amends.

We want to be transparent in what's happening *blocks the people who want to see both sides of the story* uwu see how right we are in our legal battle

But seriously. The whole thing seems sketchy to me. I am on jirachis side personally because the two art works that are, or were, being sold looked different from each other. In all technicalities neither spud or jirachi can sell artwork of Steven universe because they dont own the copyright to it, Cartoon Network/Rebecca Sugar does. To me it seemed sketchy to even commission someone to draw your design you wanted to sell anyways, rather than drawing it yourself and then asking for tips in what colors to use and manufacturers to go to. Then saying it was art theft when you weren't even the one to draw it, seemed sketchy as well because people are more likely to join arms against art theft and not breach of contract. Oh well I know I'll still be able to see both sides of everything, it's not that hard, but I just found it funny to find myself blocked now. Don't be surprised to find yourself blocked as well if you're on jirachis side.
