ESGLÉSIA MAJOR (church) It is a Catholic parish temple. Its style is neogothic and was created by Francesc Berenguer i Mestres, It is considered a “bé cultural d’interès local”.

AJUNTAMENT (town council)

It is the building where the mayoress and the different councilors work to run the municipality. In the case of Santa Coloma, the town hall is located in the town square (Plaça de la Vila)  and the current mayor is Núria Parlon.

It is a house located in the center of Santa Coloma de Gramenet, very close to the Plaça de la Vila and the. It is currently a center of contemporary art.

PLAÇA DE LA VILA 

It’s the main square of Santa Coloma. In it you can find the town council. You can also see there bars, restaurants and a park for children to play.

CAN PEXAUET

It is an old farmhouse that is currently used as a library by the Barcelona Provincial Council’s Network of Municipal Libraries. Its origin is in the XII century, but was reformed and expanded in the XVII and XIX centuries.

MOLÍ D’EN RIBÉ (Ribe’s wiindmill)

It is a large flour windmill. During the 18th century it was owned by the Riber family. Right now, it remains a room with four wheels and the corresponding carcabans in a level inferior. There is a grooving  cut into the rock where the water came out to water the fields.

It is a residence made from a defense building. It is considered a “bé cultural d’interès local”. The fortress is from year 1278

CAN MARINER

It is an old protected farmhouse. It is considered a “bé cultural d’interès local”. It is a Gothic building. It has been changed a lot over the years.It has three floors. On the outside it still maintains some architectural elements of the original construction.

CASA DELS NINS

This is a protected building. It is considered  It is considered a “bé cultural d’interès local”. The most destacable element of Casa dels Nins is the reliefs that decorate the facade. The court walls are semicircular.

It is a protected monument. It is considered a “bé cultural d’interès local” of  the municipality of Santa Coloma de Gramenet

ANTIC SAFAREIG (old lavoir)

The square was redone in 2006. The remains of an old laundry room are protected with two glass roofs on top of some platforms made of ceramic material that let you  see the old structure.
