Thinking I will be able to return to painting soon. Just finishing up all the other stuff I knew I had to concentrate on this year like finishing my leadership and Management course and getting my license. What do I have I am grateful for? 3. What do I feel inspired to do? 4. What is one thing I could learn today or something I could explore? 5. Who can I tell I appreciate them today? These are some prompts you may wish to add to your daily journaling ritual if you have one. And if you don’t, I would encourage you to think about making journaling a habit.
