i always related to rose as a quiet & shy person, actually

i mean, sure, she seems extroverted because she tends to ramble & talk a lot when she’s excited about something. but she only does this when she’s one-on-one. when rose is with groups of people, she spends a lot of time admiring them and giving them the spotlight instead of wanting to impress anyone. she’s very shy about crushes, as pearl was the first to confess and she responded by blushing and saying “please don’t ever stop.” rose isn’t confrontational and she will not assume that someone likes her back unless they confess to her first.

pearl’s always the one who’s more openly flirtatious. she’s the one who swept rose off her feet. rose fell in love with her boldness and she initiated the dance in we need to talk while rose looked clearly flustered (and excited).

rose has communication and dishonesty issues due to trauma, but she’s also just a shy person who doesn’t initiate difficult conversations and feels insecure and anxious about who she is as a person. her trauma only worsens these issues, basically.

she likes her alone time, sitting with some animals in the desert or spending time in her amazing room in the crystal temple. she doesn’t have a lot of energy unless she’s around someone she trusts and she’s very excited about something, such as the kindergarten scene in now we’re only falling apart. she lets people like pearl see her more childish and playful side, but she’s more closed off, mature, and quiet around people she doesn’t know that well.

i always liked that she was sort of a quieter person. & as a rosepearl shipper, it’s a nice contrast between her and pearl and it’s very interesting that she fell in love with pearl’s bold & opinionated side, as sugar said in end of an era

“My name is Eslam from Gaza, I’m 29 years old, and I’m a children teacher from Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip. a mother of two daughters, Hanaa 5 years old, and Alma, 10 months old. My husband Rasmi is the director of 3 language and training centers. In this war, our house was completely destroyed and razed to the ground, and my husband’s centers were blown up. He lost his job, and we were completely displaced, and we are now homeless and jobless, My two young daughters constantly suffer from diseases due to malnutrition and water pollution.

Danger and death surround us all day and all night. We have lost everything and depend on donations to survive and, most of all, to have any hope of escaping this genocide and evacuating to safety in Egypt. The cost of daily living continues to rise significantly in Gaza - imagine that we cannot find the type of milk for our daughter because of its high price. There is no kind of detergent and this is the cause of skin diseases for my two little girls. We bought a piece of soap for $30! ، and detergent is 100$.

Please help. Any funds raised will be used in daily survival and if enough is raised, to be able to evacuate Gaza.
