Got into the game's storyline! Although it's the start of the game when you don't click on the title screen.

I feel like in the game, it's probably because Luigi jumped on the Chaos Heart that it started to shine so brightly, so I think he activated it. After all, Luigi is its perfect host. But judging from Count Bleck's reaction when Luigi jumped on it, he obviously didn't know this.
