holding herself she walked closely by him. the maze was lush, blooming with roses as red as blood. “what even is this place? is this even reality?’ she asked audibly. Kimika was trying so hard to make sense it all. “is this like some dort of dimension my stepmom created? feels like it if its this grand... she even made herself queen”
she suddenly froze as the were getting ready to turn the cover , she could hear heavy footsteps

pulling back from him she rubbed her arm. “wait you wanna go thru there???” she quavered, feeling uneasy. she really didnt want to be here. not after last time. what if she ran into those guards or worse that thing that looked like her mother?
“um.. it would be at the front or i guess for family the mains in thru the back. past the maze….”
Kimika’s step-mom seemed like the complicated and deceptive kind of woman that would have a maze in her palace. This was going to be harder than usual, especially with a helpless escort.
His voice was dark and stern. “Follow close to me. Don’t go on your own.”
His right hand felt for the gun in his pocket. He withdrew it, holding it with ease.
With that, he began to walk. They’d need to avoid the guards, so a direct route was out of the question. Instead, he went close to a wall, looking for a window.

BATMAN FOREVER ( 1995 ) SENTENCE STARTERS
Luck! Blind, stupid, simple, doo-dah, clueless luck!
Ah, fortune smiles. Another day of wine and roses, or in your case, beer and pizza!
____ stubborn refusal to expire… IS DRIVING US INSANE!!
WHY CAN’T YOU JUST DIE?!
Emotions are always the enemy of true justice.
You’ve always been a good friend.
am a winner. I am a winner. I am a winner. I am a winner. I am a winner.
Caffeine’ll KILL YA!
I simply love what you’ve done with the place.
Heavy Metal meets House and Garden.
It’s so dark and gothic and disgustingly decadent
Has anybody ever told you you have a SERIOUS IMPULSE CONTROL PROBLEM?!?!
This is your brain on the Box. This is my brain on the Box! DOES ANYBODY ELSE FEEL LIKE A FRIED EGG?!
Your entrance was good; his was better. The difference? Showmanship!
Now…the real game begins!
Broken wings mend in time.
Young men with a mind for revenge need little encouragement.
You, above all, should know the consequences of the life you choose.
I’ll get drive-thru.
Are you a gambling man/woman/person? What say we flip for it?
What the hell is going on here? I told you this project is terminated! I’m calling Security!
How come this is the only locked door in this museum? What’ve you got back here?
You’re ruining my big party! Are you insane?
Ooooo, nice form, but a little rough on the landing. He may have to settle for the bronze.
You really are quite bright, despite what people say.
YOU SUNK MY BATTLE SHIP!
I read your work. Insightful. Naive, but insightful.
Screw you. I just saved your life. You owe me.
Don’t kill him! If you kill him, he won’t learn nothin’!
Like the jacket? It keeps me safe when I’m… jogging at night!
Pity. I’ll just toss this away, then. Perhaps the dogs are hungry.
Good. You can afford to buy me a new door.
I was scared at first, but only at first.
You are a hero. I can tell.

The Day of Reckoning had come to Shujin Academy. Akira’s cabal of neophyte thieves had done the impossible: accessed the cognitive world, sent a calling card to their first target, and successfully stole the treasure of the lustful king who saw the school as his castle. The results of their heist would be seen soon - after all, it was the day of the Board Meeting, after all.
The dark-haired boy walked with tense strides down the school’s hallway, gaze focused on his path. Ann and Ryuji had agreed to meet him later, but something in that nascent thief’s intuition told Akira that he needed to scope out the place beforehand. Only light tapping resonated through the bare hallways, making a phantasmal rhythm with his movements: click, thud, click, thud.
Akira most certainly heard the conversation ahead, but downed it out, too focused on everything else--
THUD.
Before he knew it, Akira had bumped into a young woman wearing Shujin’s more athletic fare. It was still time for clubs to meet - how did he forget? His other life meant learning the art of deception, and while he was new, he should have known---
As the world slowly came back into focus, Akira froze and looked at the girl he had carelessly collided with. Despite the cool color of her eyes and her watery, wavy hair, something about her seemed warm. Or was it just him? He eventually managed to stop himself from staring with a quick shake of his head. Now wasn’t the time to get caught up in beauty - after all, bumping into a female student classmate could mean his expulsion. He was already a marked man, and any story could easily be manipulated.
“Excuse me - sorry,” he offered, voice trailing off as he spoke. He gave a quick nod and made a slow step away. He could practically hear the principal claiming he “accosted a female student” now, despite the fact that a true predator lie in their midst. Not for much longer, he hoped.

Jasper was was debating on opening the door fully and confronting this ‘phantom’ before hearing a thunk. thru the thin door he could see something sharp sticking thru. most liely a knife. spooked by this he jumped back, rushing down the stairs. he needs a plan if he’s going to go face to face with this so called phantom
in the same instance when he suddenly pulled away Katerina looked up at him in confusion . she was about to say somthing when her angel silenced her with another brief but passionate kiss. just was she was about to deepen it she once again felt him pull away, leaving her craving for more.
as he urged her to go back inside she lovingly gripped his hand. in a shrouded flash he disappeared from her sight. Katerina looked in awe at the crimson red mist. he truely was extraordinary
making her way back down stairs. the managers rushed to get her in costume so to resume the preformance. Katerina’s voice left the entire theater in amazement and admiration. her voice was angelic , it enchanted everyone

It was as if time has slowed down just for them since they became really engaged in their lip-locking. Damien has vowed to his promise of keeping their bond eternal as her angel of music. However, this tender moment was short-lived as he pulled away quite abruptly and eyed towards the door behind them. Without uttering a single word, he reached into his belt to pull out a small knife before tossing it towards the door, landing on its wooden surface as a warning. He didn’t know who was hiding there, but he knew he was being watched. In hopes that his action has scared off the unwanted guest, he turned to Katerina before kissing her again. The kiss was brief, but it was enough to make up for the interruption from earlier. It wasn’t long until he realized that it was getting late and he needed Katerina to return to the theater before the managers get suspicious of her “disappearance”.
“You should get going. The others are probably looking for you right now”, the phantom urged as he took her hand for one last time, preparing for his departure. “And don’t fret, my dear protégé, for I will keep my word that we will surely meet again”, he reassured her, letting go before shrouding his person with his cape and vanishing into thin air. He was now nowhere to be seen, except for a lingering red mist coming from the spot where he last stood. A make-shift fogger perhaps?

Kimika was sitting on her bed, listening to music and writing down lyrics in her notebook when she heard a familiar ringtone. it was a text from Kuraim! putting down her stuff she picked up her phone. the dancer had been a little busy since their first date and been itching to go on another.so it made her so happy to hear from him.
[Text]: oh the Obon festival?
[Text]: id love to go!
starter for @la-prima-ballerina
Glancing over at the screen of his phone, Kuraim was internally trying to build the courage to ask Kimika out on a date. He has thought of a place and day to spend time together ahead of time and he knew he would have to talk this out with her, but he was unsure on how to bring it up. He was growing anxious at the uncertainty of how this would play out. It took him a couple of moments of contemplating before he could bring himself to type and send the text in the best way he could.
[TEXT] So there’s this Obon festival, Shichigatsu Bon I believe?, being held this month and I thought…
[TEXT] Maybe we can go there for our second date?

her heart skipped a beat at his words, the girl looked down in embarrassment, she felt a soft hand on her cheek as her gaze was shifted back up to look at him. once again his eyes burning into her. they made her feel so vulnerable. a surprised gasped left her lips as her Angel kissed her.
yes. she wanted them to always be close, the idea made her happy
Katerina slowly reached up to wrap her arms around his neck, hugging him back. chest heaving in her dress
Unknown to the two lovers, they were being watched by a very furious Jasper. He hadstayed behind the slighly closed door and had heard their whole conversation. The viscount wasn't sure what this phantom was planning , but like hell he would let him get away with his Katerina

Proud of his work, Damien leaves the theater to search for Katerina. He spots her heading to the rooftop and she appears to have company as he caught a glimpse of a man behind her. He instantly recognized the man as no other than Jasper himself. The phantom anxiously followed them as he was one to jump to conclusions. He knew the Viscount was romantically interested in Katerina and he dreaded the idea of the two being together. In his mind, he thought that if Jasper got his way, this will hinder Katerina’s growth in her career and it also meant she will be taken away from him.
By the time he reached the rooftop, Damien quickly hid behind one of the statues and eavesdropped on their conversation. The outcome of it felt reassuring to him as that meant that not only does Katerina value her career a lot more than going up the social ladder, but it also provided an opportunity for their relationship to grow into something much more. Something more than just him being her source of inspiration of finding her voice.
“The fool still fails to understand how much it means to you?”, Damien said as he emerged from his hiding spot as soon as Jasper left. “I share your sentiments on your passion for theater and I was overjoyed when you came to me for inspiration. All my efforts for you to take the lead role of my plays were made with the intention for you to progress further with your career. It is a shame that those idiots running my theater couldn’t acknowledge that you are the real star of the show.”
He paused for a moment to gather his thoughts. Damien thought back to what he has said earlier and came to the startling realization that he has done all those things for her because he loved her all along, but was he ready to confess to the woman he treasured so dearly?

once alone Katerina sighed, closing her eyes.
it was quiet for a moment, her winter of cape billowing in the soft cool winter air, hardly affecting her. it seemed like everyone couldnt see her potential... well not everyone. the phantom, her angel of music, was always on her side. from the very start he pushed and encouraged her to get better. Even deeper she felt a sort of kinship with him..
hearing his voice Katerina slowly turned around to see him come out from behind the statue “it doesnt matter, if he doent understand then good riddance” the dancer sighed, readjusting her winter cape
“i suppose it means ill have to keep proving myself” she said with a soft smile. “ if you see how talents i am, perhaps in time they will too” it was always in her nature to see the good in people, occasionally a curse too

it all happened so fast . the curtains closed as she was whisked away to costumes. they rushed to change her attired, the rest of the staff did what they could to make a smooth transition but was failing miserably. it was all big crowded mess until the dancers took over to distract
as they finshed lacing her dress and doing her hair Katerina as well at those around her were startled by a loud thud followed by horrified screams. rushing to the peek at the stage, writing on the ground was Jeremiah the stagehand. it appeared he had fallen from a high place.
the young woman looked up saw him looking down, high above the stage with those piercing eyes that seemed to burn. this was his doing. soon he disappered from sight. desperately needing air Katerina rushed to the roof. following behind her now Jasper, wanting to see if she was ok.
“he warned them. he warned them but they ignored him.” she said breathily “He’ll do much worse next time if the managers dont comply with his demands”
“Katerina this was simply an accident! stop with this madness!“ Jasper urged grabbing her shoulders “ there is no phantom of the opera!!”
“Jasper. he’s real. ive seen him. ive been where he resides.” she claimed. never did realize what stakes he took to get his way. is was alluring but also frightening. Katerina was pulled from her thoughts when Jasper pulled her close
“look at what this career is doing to you. must quit.” he begged. suddenly he moved to get on one knee
“Please marry me Katerina. leave this waking nightmare behind!”
Katerina stared down at him, her face going from confused to upset
“No“ she answered snatching her hand away “i live for the theater. it was in my father’s blood as it is in mine. how could you ask such a thing of me?“ she snapped
“Katerina-“
“with how long youve known me.. if you cannot accept my life passions then i dont see it fitting for you to see me anymore. please leave alone“ she lamented turning away from him. after looking in shock Jasper slowly got to his feet, leaving Katerina one roof alone

The phantom was not pleased with the casting decision the theater managers made for Il Muto. They didn’t even bother to reserve his spot like he requested. They have once again ignored his orders and he was not having it. Unlike them, Damien kept his word and he will now make them suffer the consequences for their noncompliance.
He made his way to the backstage as the play went on and once he near the small booth, he quietly waited for the servant to leave before carefully grabbing Natsumi’s throat spray to tamper with it. Once he was done, he placed it back on the booth completely undetected. Little did he know that the wandering eye of a certain stagehand has caught him in the act.
Just when Jeremiah (the stagehand) was about to make his way to the site where he spotted the phantom, he stopped as he suddenly felt a lingering ghostly presence behind him. The stagehand turned around and went on to follow the direction he believed to have seen the opera ghost go. It was a risk, but he was not going to allow Damien to carry out his plan.
Meanwhile, Damien glanced from above the stage with an ominous glare before disappearing into the darkness. He headed towards the upper halls and soon made his grand entrance as he emerged from one of the hidden doors of the dome-shaped ceiling.
“Did I not request that box five was to be reserved for me?”, his menacing voice echoed across the room, followed by the crowd going silent.
