I've lost more weight I'm 203 now and damn am I tired. But food just seems so yucky rn. I only want water. I love water. I need to be thinner. I need to be 110 pounds. I need to be 50 KG.

Rn I'm 17 hours in. I feel great tbh.
I normally don't ever get super hungry during day 1. It's normally once I hit the 60 hour mark do I get severe hunger pains. Water and 0 cal tea Popsicles are life savers rn. I went on a run and I burned about 400 calories. Ik probably hours 48-120 I'm probably not gonna be able to do as much just because of shift to ketosis. But idk. I exercise daily, and I try and get 100 active minutes. A day. Anyone have any nonfood related rewards or treats 😔 I do my makeup but sometimes that's not enough. Ok toodles <3

It's day 3 🥭🥭🥭

Yesterday I overexcecised so today I feel like poop. I also had a really bad craving for pizza idk why tho. Like I was this close to breaking and ordering a pizza but then I realized pizza will be there I can have pizza in a few months with I'm healthier. This so far has just been a test of will power.
I've decided on some prizes for myself.
190- A digital camera
180- New face masks
170- A nail design kit and some new eyelashes

50 day f@sting challenge. I normally do 36-100 hour fasts but I need to lose 50LBS before August so, I think doing daily check ins on edblr for myself will really help me.
