Uhm... Can you answer me something?

How do I know when I regress? And can I be aware that I regressed when I regress? Like, know that I'm doing childish things because I regressed? I can be not fully minded regressed?

Sorry for the too many questions and if that got a bit confusing, I just don't know how to explain 😖

It's different for everyone! Sometimes i can tell when I'm starting to regress sometimes i can't i usually notice when i start to be more whiney and wanting more child like attention and wanting my paci, yes you can definitely be aware you've regressed, you don't always have to fully regress thats very common for most to be half regressed half not, you definitely aren't asking too many questions! I wouldn't worry about it too much, there aren't rules to regression if you stress about it It's not really helping you cope now, just try to relax!

The biggest thing i can say is don't like people get to you, sometimes people can be judgy and rude like any community can, you're valid no matter what people say to you, do what makes you happy and what you enjoy!

Theres no rules to this stuff, it all depends on the person and what helps you cope and what you find fun and helpful!

Stay safe out there, people aren't extra accepting in this community sometimes sadly and can be very mean, just keep safe and do what's best for you
