I consider him as my fictional CG and I wanted a mood board about him ^^

It's okay if you don't want to, 'cause I know he's not really... a "good" character and some arts of him are not the "nicely" ones (if yk what I mean)

Uhm... Can you answer me something?

How do I know when I regress? And can I be aware that I regressed when I regress? Like, know that I'm doing childish things because I regressed? I can be not fully minded regressed?

Sorry for the too many questions and if that got a bit confusing, I just don't know how to explain 😖

It's different for everyone! Sometimes i can tell when I'm starting to regress sometimes i can't i usually notice when i start to be more whiney and wanting more child like attention and wanting my paci, yes you can definitely be aware you've regressed, you don't always have to fully regress thats very common for most to be half regressed half not, you definitely aren't asking too many questions! I wouldn't worry about it too much, there aren't rules to regression if you stress about it It's not really helping you cope now, just try to relax!
