This bit is basically toilet lashes out his frustration coated in theatrical perfomance.

There is no right or wrong in this situation, toilet is very much validated to feel frustated by how mephone treated him and easily replacing him with someone who is more "tolerable"

But on the other side floory Didn't do anything wrong, mephone HAVENT told him more about him leaving s2 behind which mean he HAVENT told him anything about toilet and mepad existences, looking at episode 16 s3

Floory don't mind the show expand its runtime to the greater extent, it just that mephone is very much secretive about his reasoning. floory sees through mephone's cover and aware that he is trying to AVOID something but doesn't have the authority to ask him further since it is personal problem and not on their professional contract together

If mephone ever talk about them, he would never specify whom is he talking about, so floory's only knowledge about the other show is just mephone had a former assistant but he never know who. But i feel like that topic would barely get talked about them, because knowing how mephone always let by gone be by Gone no matter how crucial his past were to his present situation

That include him never explained anything spesific about toilet, if floory have known that toilet is upset to him, he couldve straight some things ul between them

he is very much oblivious about toilet's own turnmoil, about toilet's desire to be seen as somewhat respectable assistant to mephone. To know that he ditching him and mepad so easily is infuriated him so much and still floory doesn't know why is he so resentful toward him especially that toilet is basically a stranger to him (or as former assistant depending if mephone ever explain more about his old assistant).

I can see them having somewhat their own arc about assistant rivalry just like how toilet with mepad but more aggressive since toilet "resenting" floory's presence as a better replacement than both of them. If mephone has any role to intervene with this conflict i think it is the best to give toilet some sort of closure. (I still don't want them to rush mephone's arrival since this one sided conflict is deeper that it look like on the surface)

but one thing that they have somewhat similar is their wants to be seen as important by anyone who would acknowledge them, they both pushing so many boundaries they unintentionally crossed because they want to be respected, both are after mephone to deal a contract as his personal assistant but one is succesfully achieve the spot as mephone's trusted assistant

Other One is failing miserably due to mephone's own biases toward him. (This is a good day for 5 floory fans in the world) (sorry if Its all over the place, i am so dizzingahsh(
