You don’t have to take pictures. You don’t have to sew. You don’t have to do faceups. You don’t have to know how to restring a doll. You don’t have to have a certain sculpt from a certain company. You don’t have to have doll sized props. You don’t have to have more than one doll. You don’t have to go to doll meets.

There are suggestions though.

Ignore the hatred in the confession blogs. Please don’t purchase recasts. Have a love for dolls.

Even if you don’t have a BJD yet, your place in the community is valid no matter what anyone else says.
