I try to be nice to newer hires but oh my god. This guys been here for a few months now and is just. He seems lovely but god hes so slow and does not know how to prioritize at all
#i had a little chat with him that i tried to keep Light and Friendly rather than coming across as like. telling him off#its just like. yeah you should prioritize the customers arriving to pick up their order over something due in an hour#and yeah actually you shouldn't leave things in the middle of the room unfinished and then go on lunch without telling anyone#im not even a manager bro this is Not my job#(but.... it could be soon if things keep going the way they are)
