An expresso with a layer of milk foam on top. It wasn't exactly the straight black the angel would have expected from such a large and imposing figure, but everyone had their own tastes, or at least Sandalphon was trying to get used to that fact as he spent time with the skydwellers on the Grandcypher.

"Coming right up," doing this calmed him in the empty days, it reminded him of the days in that garden. But as the large man had pointed out, he was Supreme Primarch now.

"Ah...The Supreme Primarch, is it? I'm afraid I can't pay for a cup at the moment, but if you're offering...Could I ask for a flat white cup of coffee? The strong, yet subtle flavor...I wouldn't mind a cup of it right now."

The boy stood there without changing his expression for a while, as if he didn't know what to do with the woman besides sparring.

Maybe he was just a bit disappointed to find an Angel only for them to declare not to be good at fighting. It even confused him a bit, like what kind of angel isn't super strong?

Oh well, it would be trouble if he pressed the issue either ways, so he tried to relax. Siegfried would come back soon anyways, and then he could have his fix.

"So then..." how to make a conversation that didn't revolve around fighting? "What's your deal, then?"

"Oh, hum..." obviously the young man was disappointed about that information, with Siegfried being one of the strongest men in the ship. Even if dealing with his large sword was a challenge for someone who only fought with his fists, Feather would never refuse the opportunity to fight him.

But even so, there was another person here right in front of him, someone he barely knew and barely talked to.

"But... you're strong too, aren't you?"

"Hm...?"

It wasn't often that those from a certain group on the Grandcypher called out to her outside of Cupitan, that fact is enough to have the Primarch halt mid-floating across the deck. Thoughts circulating in her mind, given that she is at least aware of the young man's penchant for fights as a result of hearing him from all the way across the other side of the ship; Tessael paused, before finally speaking up.

"If you are looking for Siegfried, he just stepped out."

Djeeta was….odd, to say the least. The Singularity seemed to attract a rather large range of types, it would be fascinating if it wasn’t aggravating half the time. Those boys on those odd vehicles from Manaria alone were rowdy beyond belief even if their hearts and intentions were good.

Then again, it was somewhat laughable that she of all people would speak of ‘good’, considering who her master once as. That in mind, she’s fairly certain that this piece of information is what the current Supreme Primarch is seeking out. With an exhale that sounds suspiciously like a sigh through her nose, the Dawn Primarch folds her arms across her chest. There is a pointed look marring her fair features as her cerulean hues remain fixed upon the other, very slightly narrowing in attention.

“Sandalphon, with all due respect–Please get to the point. What is it that you actually want to know?”

He got a bit stunned. In all truth, he wasn't yet used to the idea of someone responding to him like that. Lucifer wouldn't take such an accusatory sound question from anyone, or was that really an accusatory question to begin with?

In any case, Lucifer would probably always keep his cool, always keep that kind voice of his, like he was trying to comfort a lost lamb.

"..." his gaze turns to the side, " I don't want anything to happen to this crew. That..." it would be a failure on his part, Lucifer wouldn't want something like that to happen.

This felt like punnishment to him. If he couldn't move his arm, if he couldn't punch hard and take out the monsters in the cave for her, then what was he doing here if not dragging the Captain down?

"Grr" it hurt. He wanted to just pull through it and ignore his pain with his sheer guts, but she looked very serious.

He wanted to fight alongside her so much, the muscles on his arm screaming for action despite the pain.

"I don't want you to go alon-" but he couldn't even finish with the pain forcing him to grit his teeth.

“That is not for you to decide.”

Though she is certainly not an Executor, she can at most definitely give them a run for their money. That in mind, the mentor who taught her a good deal of her craft wasn’t exactly the type easy to kill either, and a target for them when he decided to step outside of the Ellida. Eyes flickering for a moment, the center of her pupils a molten red–Tessa’s gaze remains fixed on her opponent.

Either way, even if I were to run now–He’d likely catch up. Better I stand and fight.

“Make this easier on the both of us, and hold still.”

"Stealing my lines here? That won't do"

He had a threatening grin on his face, with sharp sparks coming out of his fingers pulsating into a sharper form.

He walked towards her. If he could have at least her blood, it could be a huge help into dealing with the Princess and that boy.

Her hair’s shorter than it used to be, a recent change and difference; But overall, as much as she hates to admit it; Tessael herself hasn’t changed all that much. It was a matter that one had to accept while being a primal beast.

His question, however, has her exhaling softly, folding her arms across her chest.

“The same as any other on the Grandcypher–I am traveling with as well as working alongside the Singularity.”

That airhead, did they just accept every other person into the crew? thought Sandalphon, not realizing the irony of him of all people thinking that.

He clearly seemed apprehensive about it, and his gaze showed that.

"How did that happen?"

It feels like a lifetime–and it has been, for Skydwellers–since the primal beast has seen the one before him, at least this closely. For certain, she was present for the matters of Canaan, but that was a matter of demanding answers from Belial. For the most part, they had never spoken very much save for passing greetings or glances back in the laboratory all those years ago.

“…You are…”

The power he wields, it most certainly is the same that Lucifer once wielded.

So he inherited his will and role.

“–It’s been quite some time, hasn’t it?”

It had been, even though he had spent most of it sealed off, or inside that garden, awaiting his punishment.

For immortals just as these two meaning, the passing of time held a different meaning, but even in this situation so much had changed: the skies, the people, Sandalphon himself...

And because of that it was his responsibility to ascertain.

To suddenly find one of the archangels assumed to have died in the conflicts long ago, and right at a time when Sandalphon was trying to come to terms with his new position as the Supreme Primarch...

He didn’t know what to do, only asking himself “what would Lucifer do?”. The only thing he could remmember about that woman, was how loyal she was to Lucilius. Wouldn’t that be a problem?

It has not been long since they had defeated Lucilius’ Evil Beast in Canaan, so not only was Sandalphon still trying to adjust to hanging around the Grandcypher with the skyfarers, he still had feelings of mourning inside him.

The only thing that could keep him at some sort of ease was brewing coffee, even if sometimes that meant dealing with mortals who came to drink it.

“How did you get so many people to join this ship? With Sugar or Black?” he shoots the two questions at once at the captain of the ship, barely masking his frustration.
