My email with Cosmicleeds is going around like crazy and having too many think pieces and speculation so I want to give some background info

I also heavily regret not initially blacking out that portion in the email, so please if you use this photo again, please use it blacked out

We first started talking in June and only were dm'ing on twitter. (I've seen so many people think these emails were weird bc they never saw us interact on the timeline, as if that means anything.)

But we were talking about her next video she's working on. It was a ginormous project that was initially going to be a 2+ hr long video. But we ultimately decided to have it in 3 separate chapters bc honestly, it was going to be way longer than even that. She was working on this video for so long and was finally going to be posting the first part of it this month, which went over closeting and the pr stunts over the years.

The next video is what we collabed on - which was an insanely detailed timeline from 2014-2016 going over the big gay war & rbb and bbg (loosely) since its impossible to talk about those two and not have mentions of this

The only other communication she had was email. She was an insanely private person and as far as I'm aware of, she didn't really talk to anyone else but I'm not sure.

Our last conversation was literally the day before. She was expressing her dilemma with the video and how to format it - bc she wanted to do a voice over since it was so long but didn't want to use her real voice in fear of doxxing. We discussed slightly changing the pitch, or having someone else (myself included) talk instead.

All the hate has always affected her which is why she was barely active on her platforms. Her biggest fear since I've spoken with her was having the same fate as fimq. This was one of her last messages to me sent a day before any of this happened.. my heart is beyond broken for her

and you can imagine my surprise when we just talked about this and then the following day, all this happens.

Her post about going to afhf got more attention than posts from artists who are performing the festival.. like that is insane. She got so much hate from it and I could tell it was heavily affecting her. They were even tagging lthq with threats about her going. But we discussed ways to deal with it and make it so she doesn't get those notifs and we ultimately worked past her doubts/beliefs and she was excited again to start back on the video.

Bc even with all her anxiety about this, above all else, she felt these videos were too important and had to get them out there and she's put so much energy and time into this project and we were almost at the finish line of this being done.

Also, It's normal for her to have these concerns when she's been dealing with vile comments from antis for years and when things like this have happened in the past. I don't think there needs to be think pieces on this coming from 'higher up' because I do not think that is the case.

If someone was heavily doxxed and threatened, when you have done everything in your power to protect your identity, you are going to be taking it very seriously. If you are threatened about speaking out, you are going to say you cant say anything. You are not going to risk whatever threat this person is presenting if they have all this information.

Her biggest fear came true. Please do not diminish the seriousness of how this doxxing keeps happening at the hands of antis by thinking it's smth bigger like it being legal matters. She hasn't done anything illegal - she hasn't even posted in 2 years before this.

I admit I have been going back and forth with what the hell could've possibly happened, and why now. but ultimately, we do not need to focus on if it came from 'higher up' bc that gets us no where. (there's not a thing we can do about that) but especially when we know antis have done, and still do this. This cannot keep happening. This is also why we must save and archive everything.

Also the amount of hate I got to my twitter from antis from this post was insane. Arden has always told me that this time in fandom is too divided and the hate and threats have been out of control. That motivated her more at first bc she really wanted to get back to how it was in 2020 era when there was a whole ~rebirth of larries.

Knowing how much she loved her work, how many years she put into it, the months and months of work on this new project, the support she had, how loved she was.. I am beyond sad. I cannot imagine what she's going through right now. Let's please remember this is a human being. Let's not make this a conspiracy. This is someone's real life that was so heavily threatened she immediately deleted everything and doesn't even feel safe at home. None of this okay.
