Happy 30th birthday to The Bends, when Radiohead proved they were more than a one hit wonder, and truly began to be seen as something special. This is when the mystique of the band began.

I didn't really get into Radiohead outside of a few songs until after I graduated high school back in 2010, but they've become one of my all time favorite bands, always in my top 5 on spotify, multiple perfect 10 out of 10 albums. The side projects especially the work of Thom and Jonny, are all amazing too.

Truly a legendary group, and it's bizarre that they so often get remembered as "The guys who did Creep", here in the US.

PS I'm not a Creep hater at all, that song still slaps.

EDIT: Street Spirit hits so fucking hard, one of the greatest closing tracks ever.
