anxiety? read this

the reason why i decided to write this is because i’ve been getting the same question multiple times and i feel like there’s a need to dive deep into this issue.
anxiety in the state of the wish fulfilled
the questions i get are:
“idk why but i’m anxious when i get in the state, is it normal?”
“how do you deal with anxiety while in the state?”
“why am i anxious when i imagine my wish fulfilled?”
lucky for you i’m here to clear these doubts.
short answer:
if you’re anxious when imagining your wish fulfilled then you’re not in the state.
long answer:
now let me preface this by saying that emotions do not manifest but can arise based on which state you are in.
we all say that emotions don’t matter at all because it simply shouldn’t be your focus to feel “positive” emotions all the time, BUT with your state changing you can feel different emotions.
what is a state explained in simple words?
it is a concept of yourself, an experience, a reality you want to experience.
with this knowledge tell me why imagining yourself to be who you really want to be and believing that to be true would arise any anxiety within you.
quickly!
tell me why something you so deeply want being fulfilled, true, realized would arise anxiety within you.
it simply shouldn’t.
when you step into the state and imagine yourself to be who you want to be, believe it to be true and then anxiety starts immediately it means you haven’t actually accepted that concept of yourself to be true.
if you had you would probably feel something similar to relief, satisfaction, bliss accompanied by a confidence in knowing you now are who you want to be and have what you want to have.
anxiety and fear do not belong to the state of the wish fulfilled simply because they belong to the opposite of it: you’re anxious if you don’t know for sure if your desire is yours, you fear if you don’t know for sure your 3D is gonna reflect.
anxiety and fear are born when you don’t internalize the law and doubt it.
anxiety and fear go hand in hand with doubt.
your anxiety stems from the same place that peace comes from, you are the cause of it. you feel anxious because you think something outside is happening, something else outside of you can happen and take your desire away.
how do you deal with this “problem”?
the solution is very simple, almost so simple that your logical mind won’t allow you to accept such a thing.
the only reason why you experience anxiety is because you have not accepted your true identity.
you may think you are believing it is true but you are not accepting it as fact.
you are lying to yourself if you say you accepted it as fact but then you go and look for it, you doubt it, you feel anxious, you worry about what’s gonna happen and how you’re gonna react if the opposite shows up.
only acknowledging the opposite as a possibility is showing you which state you are in.
i feel like most of you focus on states because it looks like a method you can use to manifest but you never actually acknowledge your true identity. you don’t take your time to understand who you truly are and without acknowledging and accepting your true identity you will continue to flip flop between states.
states are not a method, you don’t choose to use states. states are all there is, states of consciousness is what the world is.
different states of consciousness are different experiences you can have within, and as within so without.
states are experiences you are consciously choosing to live in imagination. whether these experiences be good or bad you need to understand that imagination is all there is, you are always living in a world of imagination.
every single experience you have/want is just a state.
without being clear on who you really are you will continue to doubt and reason your way into manifestation and eventually you’ll be finding yourself in what seems to be a never ending cycle of trying and self-sabotaging, filled with doubt, fear, anxiety and worry.
you put your 3D world on such a high pedestal (i’m not blaming you) and you don’t believe to be who you really want to be because you are “only” imagining it.
i say that i don’t blame you because i know this new way of behaving and reacting and thinking is the exact opposite of what we have always been thought:
the physical world is reality, therefore something is real only if you physically see it
we don’t know why and how things happen to us
we need to work hard to achieve what we want
be “realistic” the world of the senses is factual
it seems so unnatural to think that WE are the CAUSE of everything, that things happen TO us and not THROUGH us.
it seems so unnatural to dismiss the physical world as basically fake and not take as fact what other people tell you.
i know it seems unbelievable but it isn’t.
it simply isn’t and you can prove it to yourself by looking back at your life experiences, you can see how everything came from imagination first, you can see how you’re always trusting your opinion over anything. you can see it so clearly and when you see it you will feel extremely dumb for not believing it.
your true identity
i ALWAYS talk about this, every answer i give you when you ask me something includes this basic information but i’m not sure you take it as seriously as i want you to take it.
there’s is no other world outside of imagination and there’s is no other self outside of imagination.
you fear because you think in terms of separation: you think theres some other cause outside of you making things happen and you think that the outer world is separate from imagination, you believe 3D and 4D to be separate.
i want this to be the only time you need something outside of you for validation, i want this to be the last post you read to check if you’re “doing it right”, i want this to be the last realization you need.
there is no inner man AND outer man, there’s only the inner man in imagination living inside of a flesh body.
you are not your flesh body (yes, this is why you can change your appearance), you are not your brain (this is why there’s no such thing as making neural pathways or convincing/reprogramming your subconscious), you are not your mind (this is why thoughts don’t manifest), you are not your state (this is why you can jump in and out of states and why you can’t be stuck in a state), you are not your emotions or feelings (this is why you NEED to let out your emotions and not be mad at yourself for whatever reaction you had).
you are pure consciousness, you are I Am.
you are all imagination and imagination is all there is, the world of the senses has no choice but to mimic imagination, it has to, there is NO OTHER CAUSE.
if you’re the inner man living in imagination always and imagination is the only creator/only reality there’s no way that what you declare to be yours isn’t fact.
whatever happens in imagination is a fact, the problem is that we have been thought to dismiss imagination as fiction and contaminate our states with the world of the senses forgetting that we created the physical experience.
the senses are mimicking imagination and unless you accept imagination as the only creator of physical experience you will not be able to let go of doubts and reasoning. you will continue to worry and wonder “is it enough?” “is it really true?” you won’t take it seriously.
unless you truly understand that you are a figment of god and all you have to do is decide that that’s yours now, that’s who you are now you will continue to go back and forth between the state of having and the state of not having.
imagination is your creator and you just need to truly internalize that you can have what you want because everything in this world is your creation whether you believe it or not.
don’t start to wonder if it’s right to just declare something as yours, if you’re worthy of it, because all that you are experiencing is your creation. everything is created by you.
by actually understanding that everything is your creation you will stop wondering about what you should or shouldn’t do based on other people’s judgment, you stop thinking things “oh maybe it’s not right to manifest my sp, why would i force anything on them? it’s not right.” because you created them not wanting to be with you in the first place.
you are not changing anyone or forcing anything on anybody. everything was created by you and if you don’t like it you have the power and the right to change it because this is your life, this is your reality, why would you choose to experience something you don’t want if you can experience something else?
there’s nobody outside of you and you don’t have to ask permission to have what you want, you give it to yourself.
you are always fulfilling yourself with something, you are always assuming things to be true so instead of perpetually being fulfilled with not having your desire why don’t you just accept it is yours now?
the concept of time doesn’t exist outside of you, future and past only exist in your mind and when you imagine you need to remove the concept of time and only worry about experiencing it now.
when you fear what’s gonna happen tomorrow it’s because you think there’s something outside of you causing things to happen.
see how just knowing your true identity solves all of your problems?
there is NOTHING other than imagination causing stuff to happen, NOTHING!!! get this inside your little head and accept that the 3D is dead and powerless. it can’t do anything to you, it’s not your enemy it’s only adjusting according to you!
you can’t be in the state and expect something opposite to happen, it means you haven’t accepted the new state as fact.
tomorrow is shaped by who you are being now!
so why worry about tomorrow if the cause of tomorrow is who you are now?
why worry about the future if the cause of it is who you are being now?
enjoy being the person who has their desire right now because that’s all you can do. enjoy being it now.
enjoy being financially stable now.
enjoy being in a relationship now.
enjoy being loved now.
enjoy being beautiful now.
enjoy being intelligent now.
because it is true, you really are it, you really have it.
don’t “pretend”, don’t think you have to trick yourself into believing it has expressed physically because that’s not your job, your job is to dismiss the 3D as not real because even your manifestation materialized won’t give you anything you didn’t give to yourself first.
you don’t have to trick yourself into believing it is physically here, you have to understand that invisible reality it’s what’s real and you don’t need to give a meaning to the 3d which is only mimicking imagination.
the 3D is only mimicking the feeling of having you are feeling.
learn to accept a new truth, new ideas of you to be true and don’t fight the old state when it tries to come back, learn to be indifferent by accepting a new truth in its place.

first of all i want to thank lotus because it helped me even when i was thinking about suicide❤️‍🩹
it's been years since I learned loa and I was having problems with the manifest. althought I have known loa for 2-3 years, i constantly reacted to 3D and for such reasons I could not manifest anything for 2-3 years. and when i first learned loa i was obsessed with void. I was hurting myself to enter void. like if you don't enter void today I will kill you. i was crazy because of void. at the same time, I was staying in the family environment that dragged me to death, and I was bullied at school . i was hated by people even though i did nothing. i tried to commit suicide many times, my family wouldn't let me go to the therapist. also, no one said anything to the bullying I saw. thats why I bullied myself for years in the same way. if I told anyone I was being bullied and asked for help, they would say it was probably my problem to my face💀💀 and towards the end of 2022, i seriously couldn't stand it anymore. i was constantly reading blogs [i think there is no blog i haven't read, lmao] and the last time i couldn't stand it, i tried suicide again, but i failed. later i wrote to lotus and she gave me a lot of advice (baby ily😩❤️) and i cried more than i have ever cried that night. the problem is that while people were already ruining me, the real problem was that i was ruining myself too. after that day, in the first week, i had so many problems in my manifest journey. but until 2023, i said to myself, "i don't want to live like this anymore. i deserve the life I want.” i made a promise. and every time I felt like quitting, i remembered my promise to myself. and now i have revised my whole life, i live in dubai🤭. if you're going to ask how i did this, i started to listen to my inner voice, i almost stopped entering tumblr. i stopped affirming and wrote down the things that i was gonna revise one by one, and added them to the notes app on my phone. i made a note at the bottom that I already have these in my life. when “what if I can't manifest the life I want?” if such thoughts came to my mind, i told myself that the creation was already finished. in this process, i focused only on myself and was developing my self concept. before I went to bed at night, i was constantly imagining the life I wanted and I was staying in that state and saying I already had the life I wanted, I didn't affirm anything extra. and even those who made life difficult for me started to apologize to me. (i manifested their karma life lol) anyway I don't want to talk more about those bitches but I want to mention this. please take a break. relax. stay away from things like void, loa for a few days. I noticed that some of you are obsessed with void on this blog. but i must say void is just a method. if i manifested the life i wanted when i was only 12-13 years old, you can do it too. take a break and do what feels good to you. love yourself. loa blogs can help you up to a point. they can't spare all their days for you. start taking responsibility. find manifest methods that work well for you. love yourself. meditate. i’ve talked a lot but I would like to add that, if someone tells you that you are the cause of the circumstances you are experiencing right now, that you created the conditions in which you live, please tell them to shut their fucking mouths. no such thing. i was blaming myself again, thinking what a disgusting monster i am just because this “you create ur reality” thingy. but the truth is that creation is already over. good luck!

She told me everything about her circumstances, they were really bad ones, and she was 12 at time and this made my heart so broken (she revised her age) since her parents were really toxic and disgusting ( I am not going to say much about her old story).
So I told her all about the toxic home I lived and how I manifested it away too (my success, my failures).

not trying to sound “3d oriented” but is the reason why some people get their manifestation in the 3d faster than others because they fulfilled themselves in imagination so much that they forgot about time and felt neutral towards the 3d? since the 3d is a CONSTANT reflection, right?
i think that is what neville and edward meant by “your I AM is always expressing” or something like that
your I Am is always expressing bc that’s law, there’s no other way things can go. the 3D can only reflect I Am.
you can never truly know when your manifestation is going to be materialized, sometimes it happens immediately sometimes it takes more but the key to everything is just understand that imagination is all that matters, and all you need to change, when you do that it reflects your state instantly whether you see it or not.
i personally don’t necessarily believe you have to “make” your state natural or dominant bc that implies you have to do something in order to get your manifestation and that’s not it. you just have to accept you have it IN IMAGINATION and enjoy it there!

how to “manifest”

in this post i’m not gonna go into the theory behind manifestation and law of assumption and imagination and i’m gonna focus on practically what to do to manifest something you want.
if you want to know WHY you manifest like this you’re just gonna have to go and read my other posts.
this is gonna be a PRACTICAL guide to manifestation and it’s gonna be the simplest thing ever.
i’m not gonna go too deep into the theory behind this as i have other posts for that, i’m gonna provide you a nice simple guide which can be useful for when you’re feeling like you’re deep into overconsumption.
back to the basics
define your desire:
this is key because you have to be clear on what you want, if this takes you time to fully understand what is your end goal don’t worry, take your time and understand what it’s your truest desire, what is that you REALLY want.
leave the world alone:
once you have decided what your desire is now you need to leave behind all the reasons why you can’t have your desire.
for example: you want a car BUT you don’t have any money, your parents won’t buy it for you.
your only job here is fulfilling yourself in imagination leaving all the reasons why you can’t have your desire in the 3D, any reason why you can’t have it logically does not matter at all because you’re never supposed to create anything in the 3D or make it happen there. forget all the reasons why you can’t have it because there is no 3D in imagination.
you can imagine anything!
fulfill yourself in imagination:
once you disregarded all the reasons why you think your desire can’t be yours and you realized your only job is to have it in imagination you can fulfill yourself.
the 3D does not exist in imagination!
you can imagine ANYTHING no matter what’s going on outside of you!!!
remember how you used to imagine you and your crush together? without expectations? without worries or anything? that’s how you’re supposed to imagine. imagine what you truly want and fulfill yourself in imagination ONLY.
your only job is giving it to yourself in imagination. your only job is changing self, how do you change self? by changing imagination.
tip: you can switch your state (aka give it to yourself in imagination) using methods like visualization/scripting/affirmations/sats
persist in your new state
once you gave it to yourself in imagination your job is done, now all you have to do is persist in your new state TO FEEL good simply because you don’t deserve to live in desire in your own mind.
you don’t persist to make it dominant or anything like that, you persist because it makes you feel good, you persist because you understand you’re a figment of God and you don’t deserve to live in desire.
whenever your desire naturally comes to mind or whenever you happen to notice lack pay attention to your awareness and realize it’s just your old state, don’t be mad at yourself, simply remember that now you have it in imagination and you can access your desire whenever you want.
THE END. IT’S DONE. YOUR JOB IS FINISHED.
what happens now is that your imagination (God) will find a way to make it happen in the outer world in the most natural and best way possible.
you’re NOT supposed to:
- worry about the how.
- worry about the when.
- worry about the means.

creation is finished

this is probably the most important teaching of all and understanding this truly will help your journey.
understanding that creation is finished is vital to your law of assumption journey.
i’m sure most of you have been stuck in a cycle of trying and/or exhausting yourself by trying to maintain the state of the wish fulfilled.
what you desire already exists
the only reason why you have this burning desire towards something is because you are meant to experience it, and by meant i mean that you wouldn’t desire it if it wasn’t already within you waiting for you to realize it is already yours.
what you desire already exists!
there are infinite versions of you within your imagination waiting on you to believe them into being. they already are so! they already are who they want to be and have what they want to have and are not doing anything to try and get it.
it’s important to understand that when you imagine and decide to return to the state of the wish fulfilled you’re NOT doing it to make something happen in the 3D.
my mistake
the main thing i was doing wrong while studying and starting to apply the law was failing to truly internalize the fact that my outer reality is not my true reality, imagination is.
(my advice to everyone is to just apply without being judgmental with yourself, start applying and understand what works for you and what’s easier because this is how i learned how to properly apply the law without necessarily popping a vein)
this is a very common mistake and something you truly need to sit with in order to make your journey of self easier.
i was (as most of you probably are) stuck in a trying cycle, i understood imagination was the creator but i didn’t sit with the knowing that everything is already created in imagination and i don’t have to do anything to make it so.
for some reason seeing imagination as a creator (which is true) made me focus on creating my desire with the use of imagination instead of actually understanding that imagination is my only reality and everything is already so in there.
i’m not gonna lie to you, i was seeing movement because i was in the state of having my desire but i was extremely anxious about it, i was too focused on the movement i was getting and that lead to manifesting more movement instead of my full manifestation which obviously led to my desire taking more time to materialize.
the time it takes is absolutely irrelevant and i want the focus for you to be on how miserable i was while getting that movement, me being so focused on the movement made me rely completely on the 3D.
i was doing all of this to get my desire instead of accepting it fully in imagination. i was flip-flopping between states.
had i actually sat with the knowing that while imagination creates the outer world it is also the only reality out there and everything is already created in imagination i would’ve had a much pleasurable journey, because i am not supposed to create it, it already is!
you’re not making it happen!
for some reason even while actively studying the law and understanding it i was applying it in a way that was driving me insane in the long run, i hadn’t fully detached from the 3D so my results weren’t even long lasting because the moment something weird happened i would be deeply affected, and even when only favorable things were happening i was extremely focused on that.
“you don’t imagine for it to be so, you imagine it being so!” -EA
this is key!!!
please understand that while imagination creates the outer world you don’t have to turn it into a manifestation machine.
you tend to return to the state because it creates the outer world and therefore fall into the trap of doing things to get and constant trying.
you’re supposed to return to the state because why on earth would you think something isn’t yours when it actually is?
how would you react if i told you the phone you’re reading this post on isn’t yours??
“the fuck is she talking about, this is my phone”
well, yeah this is how i want you to think about imagination. it is your only reality and you should treat it as such.
there is nothing other than imagination, your desire comes from imagination and the fulfillment of your desire happens in imagination and there you also always experience it.
even when it materializes you are always experiencing it in imagination.
true fulfillment comes from imagination, if you don’t fully internalize that you will struggle!
i’m sorry, hate to break it to you, but you’ll never be satisfied in this world if you don’t understand where the fulfillment truly takes place.
as within, so without
take this seriously!
this phrase is the basis of the law: what you plant within your imagination will be expressed on the outside simply because imagination is the creator of your whole existence.
you need to understand that this isn’t something new you’re doing, you’re always giving something to yourself in imagination whether that be good or bad.
you’re not supposed to work for the wonderful things you want expressed.
you already have them! that’s the only thing you need to realize!
you already have them in their full potential, you’re not building your desire step by step.
the outside world will mold to you because it is the only thing it is able to do. do not worry about the outside, do not worry about others.
the outside is not your true reality. it not your true self.
“as within so without” doesn’t mean “let me change this inside so it gets reflected”.
it means “let me focus on my inner world cause that is all that exists, and by default the outer world follows.”
it seems similar but it is not, because the first one implies doing something to get what you want which necessarily implies not having it, the other ones implies acceptance that you already have it.
if you don’t accept that you are the inner man and not the outer man you will continue flip flopping between states, getting little to no movement and getting frustrated because of that.
you cannot change the outer world
you will never be able to change the outside if you don’t change SELF first.
all the things you try to do will never result in a change in the outer world if you don’t understand that you need to drop it completely.
you can’t have something and still desire/need it in the 3D.
you will be unsuccessful if you try that and most of all you will drive yourself crazy and be exhausted. because changing the outer world is never your job, the outer world changes itself.
when you understand this and you start living inwardly (consciously, because we all already do this, but unconsciously) you will not be affected by what happens outside! because that’s not your true reality, you will walk with complete stillness knowing the outer world molds to you and not the other way around.
you’re not shifting your state to make it express, you are shifting your state because you understand that the outer world is not your true reality and why would you believe in something that’s not true? why would you want to believe in something that is a mere reflection and not the actual reality?

lembrem-se: se você quer ajudar alguém em uma situação vulner��vel, em hipótese alguma se ofereça pra dar conselhos ou até mesmo para a pessoa desabafar, você não é psicólogo e não tem preparo algum pra lidar com essas situações e isso pode agravar o estado da pessoa e pode até mesmo fazer mal a você por não conseguir ajudar e lidar com tudo, mas você pode ajudar a pessoa apoiando ela e incentivando ela a procurar ajuda profissional, se preciso leve ela até o profissional. e se você está doente não espere que algum amigo "adivinhe" que você está mal e te chame pra conversar sobre o que você tá passando e muito menos ache que desabafar com eles vá te ajudar em algo pq não vai, você vai continuar doente e talvez até piore. O Projeto Apoiar atende adolescentes (neste caso com o consentimento dos responsáveis) e pessoas com mais de 18 anos de idade que manifestem sofrimento psíquico relacionado à pandemia e ao isolamento/distanciamento social. O serviço de ajuda psicológica da Universidade, uma iniciativa do LAPFES (Laboratório de estudos em Psicoterapia, Fenomenologia e Sociedade), ligado ao Departamento de Psicologia destina-se a demandas decorrentes de questões relacionadas ao contexto da pandemia. Os atendimentos são feitos pelos alunos da Universidade com a supervisão dos professores, sempre no modo online, gratuito e às terças e sextas-feiras. Para solicitar a vaga é necessário preencher um formulário eletrônico no mesmo dia no qual se busca receber o atendimento, sempre às 7h da manhã. A marcação prossegue até o preenchimento do número de vagas para a data. A duração de cada atendimento varia de acordo com a demanda de cada pessoa, já que o plantão não segue os moldes de um atendimento terapêutico regular. Vale saber, no entanto, que 80% destes atendimentos acabam migrando para uma versão continuada. As próximas inscrições estarão abertas a partir do dia 25 de maio e podem ser feitas por e-mail.
