how do you stay motivated

we’ve read the tempest and sort of analysed its significance during this week’s lecture at my uni, and i’ve always known that the tempest had a significance meaning to life is strange before the storm itself (considering tempest literally means a violent storm), but all the characters....nathan as caliban.... there’s so much more too it and i wouldn’t have understood shit if it wasn’t for before the storm

i have a really weird problem with depersonalization. it really goes in waves, but this time its been happening for months and i really feel it whenever i leave my apartment. i feel like the real me is walking behind me watching everything that i do, but i dont really have any control of what im doing. a lot of my friends knows that i have a huge soft spot for life is strange 2, but i dont think they really realize how much its helping my mental health and helps me feel connected to at least something. its really therapeuthic. i made this tumblr to have somewhere to throw my thoughts out somewhere, but i dont know how to do that as well. its free to go visit the psychologist at my university and i think im gonna do that
