Nobody ever asks me how I'd ideally like to die, and I suppose I should say something standard and normal, like in my own bed at the age of 90, surrounded by loved ones, or something like that.

But ideally, I want to succumb to the 15th and finally successful assassination attempt after surviving the previous 14 without a scratch, going down in history as some sort of a semi-superhuman indestructible ghoul that once famously straight-up took a shot of arsenic and then kept on partying.

While really, everyone involved the string of failed murder attempts were a bunch of fucking amateurs who had never killed a man before, and never considered to contemplate whether they might be doing some rookie mistake, like feeding someone the poison and the antidote at the same time.

One underrated aspect of MDZS is that usually when you have a love story where one of the lovers die, the lover who is alive is responsible for the dead person to come back to life. Think of princesses whose tears are life-giving, or princes who deliver the true love's kiss, or quests to the underworld seeking one's beloved. MDZS, though? LWJ is all but irrelevant when it comes to WWX's resurrection. So much so that even CQL, which plays up all romance tropes they possibly can, keeps that irrelevance

time for another manga haul!! (ft. blue period covers because they're stunning)

two of my most awaited packages! i finally caught up on the physical releases of blue period and am slowly catching up with the jjk ones as well so i got that going for me. i also can't believe that i'm one volume away from completing boys run the riot,, i didn't expect to like it as much as i did tbh.

vv excited to read the fourth volume of the king's beast! i am not one for the romance genre but i absolutely ADORE this one,, just the main character and the male lead's chemistry is so <33

definitely looking forward to collecting more of hell's paradise as i've heard nothing but good things abt it. don't know when volumes 2-5 will restock though so yeah, same problem with blue flag where i can't continue the series because there haven't been any restocks of the volumes that i need to binge n continue TT

im enjoying mashle so MUCH rn,, thank goodness i got vol 3 because i can't wait to read more of this! i'm also slowly but surely catching up on the jjk releases (finally) since all of my missing demon slayer volumes aren't and probably won't be in stock for a while. i have like 10 packages coming this week, some manga and some that are christmas gift related so can't wait to receive those!
