lets talk about it! so glad someone noticed. it also just feels like a very clear display of how bison is still holding kant at arms length. he's falling in love with him but i still feel like he doesn't trust him 100%. meanwhile fadel has a show of not trusting style but i think pre-reveal he was already a goner.

Is it weird that I'm like, SUPER into the fact that Bison and Kant use polite pronouns with each other? It's admittedly a little jarring given the fact that First and Khao mostly used rude pronouns with each other in previous shows, but still really enjoyable. In general I tend to prefer it when polite pronouns are used in Thai. It just feels so adult.

I will say, though, it would feel completely wrong if Fadel and Style used polite pronouns with each other. Style is WAY too much of a brat with Fadel for polite pronouns, and Fadel spent the first chunk of their time together WAY too annoyed by him to use them either.
