this post is your sign to cut out processed food ASAP
1- they’re more likely to make you bloated
2- not filling at all + doesn’t keep you full for long
3- EMPTY CALORIES!!! a calorie is not just a calorie at a dangerously low intake, all your food should be nutritious
4- helps with binges ‼️ processed food is designed to be addictive and make your cravings worse, which can definitely lead to binges - we rarely see someone taking about bingeing on apples lol
5- more energy; since i started doing this im being able to focus on my school work and exercise more
6- the cravings eventually go away. at some point, you won’t be able to stand the taste :)
