Sympathy for the Devil

Is this a bad moment to attempt to develop some character for the Spectre?

I can't help but get really hooked on the idea of trying to develop something out this literal omniscient piece of code. (Like come on pal I know there's more depth on you rather than only desire for control.)

Extra stuff that I didn't want to put on the same post because it would make it really long.

Spawn is the way we come back to the game, something responsible for keeping things going. Spawn doesn't intervenes on players gameplay, it is there to simply ensure people will return if they die

Spectre on the other hand isn't something at all, it is the wall that we can't see, the void under our feet that consumes us and sends us back to safety through the Spawn. Spectre exists to limit us, ensure we won't break past the points we aren't allowed to be.

Both entities took some sort of interest over the robloxians, enjoying the moment where they both took a time to watch those specimens just living their lives.

The Spawn admired their perseverance, how players kept going even at the most harsh trials or meaningless tasks, it was curious and yet fascinating.

The Spectre, on the other hand, always felt a natural need to have control over the situations, and it did it via observing, analysing players patterns and then learning how they acted to know the best way to contain them.

Spawn values players free moving and creative thinking, but would rather not interact with them. Spectre sees players as something to be contained, too much freedom gives space to chaos and trouble and yet it feels allured to mingle in to learn more and more about them.

At first their opposing ideals never got in the way they interacted, but slowly the Spectre's controlling nature and desire for attention grew bigger and bigger to the point both eventually parted ways.

Spawn disappeared, going inactive while it's functions kept working. And the Spectre? Oh it wouldn't let such an opportunity slide, it knew the Spawn from halo to toe, and it knew a little group that would fit nicely as one of it's contestants.

And that's how "Forsaken" the Spectre's show started.

The Spawn symbol used at the cult is the fake one created by The Spectre and the original one we know is the one linked to the real Spawn.

The original form of Spectre was based on the grid that appears when you want to model the shape of something, there's nothing inside it because The Spectre is technically an invisible wall.

And the blue fire-like membranes from Spawn's wings are like the energy from the forcefields when you respawn.

Finally something related to blocktales.

Got this idea after reading this same phrase on the comments of some gameplay video and feeling it matched my experience attempting to beat Hatred on hard.

This player version is a mix of the og design and my own avatar. I still need to draw them properly.

(I struggled real hard trying to make Hatred's hand look good, I just want to mention it.)

Technically a remake of those old drawings of them. Funny how the major change was adding facial hair.

In reference to that old post, I made this. Once again based on some games I played recently.

This time guessing who they are won't be so hard.

If you're wondering it's once again that RPG campaing I had mentioned earlier in my posts. I made it just because I realised how much these two fit the roles as the Host and the Devil.

I forgot to mention it, on the RPG Champain there's a creature called "Carente" that disguises itself as a child without face. The creature is often referred as "Devil's son" and I made c00lkidd like that to reference it.

I feel like it would be some funny silly ship.

Like, 2x2 hanging around with a anomaly of codes (wich can be compared to a monster beyond comprehension) that somehow decided to give him a chance just because he got it's attention.

Their relation could have been built over their own interests (2x2 kinda gets a break over rounds as a shopkeeper, The Spectre gets a neutral worker to keep the currencies rolling while also having an exclusive viewer to interact with) and yet things could work out for them(?)

2x2 gets more interested over The Spectres nature while it learns how to be more "normal" around 2x2 (in robloxian ways). Things start to be driven by their curiosity about eachother, a genuine one that lacks any sense of malice or ill intentions.

Basically The spectre looks at 2x2 and thinks "he can fix me" while 2x2 head pretty much empty, maybe he's thinking about fishing with Spectre or asking it to help him on tormenting Shedletsky.

Bonus thing, I once thought about Spectre x Spawn as a joke. These two are exes, and out of spite The Spectre impersonated The spawn's identity to staint it's image. (Maybe Spectre is the reason the whole spawn thing happened aswell)

Quite unexpected I know. I have been making these for a while and I felt like posting it.

I'm not the biggest DBH fan but hey the game is pretty interesting, and it was a great opportunity to train on how to make noses and this kind of stuff.

So, Noli really came out huh?

Something comemorative and silly cuz I had other stuff I kept my focus on.

I felt like drawing them for once since I never made these three.

C00lkidd being a drakobloxxer and Pr3ttyPrincess being a dragon isn't new so I'll be talking about Bluudud.

His normal outfit is inspired by the protagonist of Bully (Jimmy I think) and the killer form was inspired by crocodiles. When making his scales I noticed how they resembled tire marks in a way, wasn't intentional but made sense, sorry guys.

Anyways, I ever mentioned how little I played the game? I'm more of a casual and when I try to play it I get somewhat anxious (mainly when it come to being killer.)

And my game tends to crash mid round aswell, I feel it's my computer but it can run other games normally, so idk. I not sure if it still crashes after the updates.

The first drawing was me playing around with The Spectre's design I had and how I see it. The second one was me trying to develop the more instable side of it, any possible emotions that this thing might feel.

Basically this guy is a control freak, a piece of code that somehow became aware of it's nature and now wishes to control, to be seen and overall exist.

It settled up Forsaken as a way to attract people to watch it's sick death show, to satisfy it's desires and in the process it also gets fame on it's victim's torment.

Yall had seen a lyric video of Forsaken ost's? I got a bit inspired by "A grave soul (now, run)". Especially the "their very fame, will lead them right into their graves."

I'm mentioning it because it explains for me why people like Elliot or Guest1337 are in forsaken. They are famous, people will watch The Spectre's show because they know the characters. It gives The Spectre the spotlight it craves, having the eyes of the public on the little stage play it settled. Even if it stains it's reputation as some sick asshole. Everything is worth for the views, right?

I also kinda like the idea of The Spectre being somehow worried about it's fame ending at some point, what if people just give up on it's game at some point? What it is without the eyes of the public? Nothing. Just an ordinary piece of code, something people will forget on the long run. This fate might be inevitable so it will leave a bloody mark of it's existence on peoples minds in a way or another. (You guys can leave out this part tbh, I went a bit off sorry)

Shitposting to light up any bad mood I might had left.

The spectre doesn't has a physical body, it just puts on some clothes over it's invisible form and calls it a day.

And I miss you MoE phase.

IaMD Noli facts

He's the first killer to die and get respawned and it was such a shock for everyone!

He did have a close relationship with 007n7 before the 2 split ways.

Memory loss! He gets confused when hunting down 007n7 during rounds.

The wedding ring on his neck was from his past the two got it as a promise to never let each other down.

The key is just something he found in the banlands and thought it was cool.

He is missing an arm and uses a special GUI band to simulate a prosthetic arm. A bomb yoinked his arm.

He's never met C00lkidd when he was alive so he does not react to MM3_LK's old appearance. But he does support her gender change and makeover!

Silly goober of a lethal force to be messed with!

Such interesting lore but the fact that the word "wedding ring" made me go "neuron activation" made me think on how much I ike these two.

Your 007n7 makes me go "poor thing" while your Noli gives off such a baddie vibe. (I hope it doesn't sounds weird.)

is 2x a killer in forsaken? or is he a survivor? does he team up with 1x if hes the former orrrr

I like the idea of 2x2 being the chill guy that somehow befriended everyone. He gives off this kind of vibe.

2x2 got a job selling stuff for the players, mainly skins.

But gameplay wise I feel like he could fit more on surviors side.

2x2's gameplay could spin around the mechanic of trapping opponents.

On his survivor version 2x2 uses some fishing rod (enchanted maybe) to give the killers a mini stun, great to interrupt chases, but if the killer turns around to chase 2x2 it's over.

His killer form takes great inspiration on 1x1x1x1, his gameplay could be focused on multi-hiting and crowd control, but his down side is the fact he would deal less damage compared to other killers.

2x2 sword can be some Venomshank-like variant like 1x Daemonshank. But I've been thinking about giving 2x2 some Windforce variant (MinosForce, cuz Judgement and the use of wind to knockback survivors.)

Other than these two I have no idea what other sword could fit him.

So I doubt many people will see it so I'll use it to type out some stuff.

I want to make so much stuff man, an animatic about 007n7, today I came up with a 1xdoe one aswell, there's also an 1xdoe anim meme storyboarded.

And let's not talk about the other medias I got interested into.

Cookie run kindom, I got into this game by curiosity and now I got a good half of it done. Out of all cookies maybe Burning Spice or Capsaicin are the ones I like.

Deltarune, man it feels like I went back in time, got back into this game just because of that damn TV.

Detroit Become Human, the only reference I have of this game came from a gameplay (gameplay do pisca, a pior referência possível. Who does a "Eeny, meeny, miny" to make the most important choice of the game!?), and it's not even finished. I haven't searched up for other walkthroughs because I got lazy tbh, it's like 10h? (now that I stopped to think I watched those rpg sessions that had 7-8h each ep.)

Aside from that I also really wanted to make something related to Blocktales but the Forsaken brainrot got me so bad I forgot about it.

Honestly I don't know where the graveyard thing came from but I kept that because it's pretty creative in my opinion.
