His sudden interjection, of that rather strange nickname he’d given her - what was it with humans and nicknames, stunned the Quarian into silence. Eyes widened in surprise, before she realized she must have been talking for a lot longer than she should have.

“ Sorry.” The word was sheepish, she hadn’t realized how long she was going on - with the war and everything else going on around them it was too easy to fall into nervous talking. There was a lot on everyone’s plate. But his final comment does crack a smile - pew pew huh?

        “ Isn’t pew pew a human term for laser weaponry? I didn’t            know you were trained in lasers, Vega. “ she teased.

         “ Anyway, it’s the T56-b couplings, make sure you get the             B. As are not built for military ships and can’t take the             variable power draw - and aren’t rated for a ship this             size. “

He thought his brain was going to explode from the amount of techno mombo jumbo she was spitting out at him. He didn’t want to be rude, but his head wasn’t created to hold all that information, just the strategies on surviving and how to load, reload, and clean his weaponry. He didn’t need to know all this technology stuff, but he did ask if Tali needed anything for herself or this ship and that’s where it had all went wrong. 

“Its okay Sparks, just got to remember, pew pew guns…and no not lasers. Just those that go pew pew.” a smile cracked upon his face as he looked down at the Quarian. “Yes, yes the B. You told me about 50000 times already Tali. Man you’re just as bad as the doc when I ask a simple question….uhu no offense.”
