Dearest Melinda,

On the eve of your passing, I felt an overwhelming urge to create and put paint to paper for the first time in years. This piece is appropriately titled “Melinda, Melinda”. It doesn’t feel like it’s mine to keep, I will be sending it to the kids 🤍
