I always headcanon Barry as Latino without worrying about Nick's actual ethnic background, but since the topics being brought up it reminded me I have screenshots of his sister talking about their grandmother being from the "wrong" side of the border, Nick referring to his other (full) sister as Latina in a text message, etc. And while his father is Italian, and Cirillo is an Italian name, Nick's mother is Latina. I was putting all this stuff in a post to make my case when at like 3am I decided I was just going to ask. So, here y'all go:
