... Can't he be both? He's a nerd who collects coins and reads comics, but he also is super powerful as a pirate captain. Idk I just find it strange how people think he's one or the other.

I don't know if I'm the only one that notice that Rosinante, Doflamingo and Law devil's fruits are the only ones (that I can actually remember) are kinda activated/used the moment they used their hands.

Doflamingo's threads? They come out from his fingers

Corasan's silence sphere? He needs to snap his fingers

Law's room/shambles/takt? He needs to put his hand certain way to invoke it
