after todays news about the torture and murder of Sam Nordquist, I don't ever want to hear again about "trans men don't experience much violence, just erasure" or "trans men have power and privilege over women" (3 out of 5 of his muderers were women), or that transphobes just "don't care" as much about trans men, or that somehow trans men are safer for being men, even in a blue state like New York

if you can bear to read the details of what he went through here's a link, but know that it's horrific levels of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse, detailed as the most horrific homicide investigation that the detectives have ever been involved in. its so saddening and horrible.
