angst(??) concept because i have brain worms shdhjfgjk but, during step 3 when you can have a bit of a spat with cove if you disagree with how he is handling the situation with terri and miranda and he just blurts out "why dont you just not say anything, because anything you say just makes everything worse!" like...that just hit me so hard i 😭 and since i imagine mc of course holds everything coves says really deep inside i can see it just sticking in their mind even after making up during that moment in game. and at some point even a couple months later when mc is upset about some mistake they made maybe by saying or doing the wrong thing on accident, and cove is trying to provide comfort mc just blurts out his own words about them from back then while venting (like just "im so stupid, everything i say just makes things worse!" or something to that effect) and i just :') idk if this makes sense or if it even works as a prompt but i just wanted to share the brain worms i had akdjkjffh (also i love your work thank you so much for sharing it with us 💕)

Updates, updates, and also updates

First of all, hi

Didn't mean to disappear like that but, life happens!

And it did. I got married, started working from home more, got slammed by family drama, etc, etc.

Regarding the CovexMC stories:

I want to keep writing them, especially to take care of all the requests I have. But I want to write when I'm feeling fully inspired. Right now, my inspiration has been elsewhere... an original story of my own!

I have two chapters mostly done (need to edit). I plan on posting them to Wattpad when I have the first three chapters fully completed.

It's an mlm romance with fluff, comedy, drama, and little sprinklings of hot and heavy business.

It's not too far off from my CovexMC works, but it's not self insert, so I understand that it might not be for everyone.

I plan on posting a link to it once I publish the first three chapters, but after that I wont post updates because I do want to keep this as an Our Life blog.

tl;dr: CovexMC on hold, writing original story

Cove and MC are going the slow burn route, and haven't started dating yet. Neither has any real NYE plans so they decide to stay in together and watch When Harry Met Sally. There are some awkward parallels between the movie and their own lives. Much blushing and tense "will they won't they" energy sprinkled with their personal movie reviews.

yesss i love that movie, going to rewatch for sure. I needed a good NYE theme to write, hopefully this lines up with that time of year by the time I get to writing it. thank you!!

That Halloween story is really great, my mc in OL has always been a tease to Cove and pretty much direct with his feelings so reading this I could easily imagine it, thank you for the wonderful work

i got a 1 week ban on my personal reddit account because i dared to upvote my fiance's post (ur not allowed to use second accts to upvote shit) (his account got no warning or anything tho of course)

i sent an appeal because we are indeed two different people who happen to live together and share an IP

but they said nah lol ur still banned

so i just. deleted the app. guess i'll revert to scrolling endlessly through my old personal tumblr now lmao

An angst request and also it is set in a fantasy AU, I was thinking of kind of like forbidden lovers maybe the MC is a child of a noble family while Cove is a peasant that made his way to MC's family's army of knights to get close to MC and they fall in love but the family found out, it's your choice if you want Cove to get executed or just banished and never have any contact with MC, but I think executing Cove is more effective for an angst fanfic. DAMN, I really want my feelings to get hurt after reading that angst request 😂😂😂
