So I'm rewatching the King's Face, and I forgot how FRUSTRATING it is. Gwanghae is intelligent and rational but it doesn't matter because no one LISTENS to him. Even after he's been proven right. SEVERAL TIMES. Like every time yet another character disregards his advice or argues over a point without even considering the evidence and actual argument instead of their own puffed-up ego and superiority complex, I just sigh. Like I feel for this man.

When you start watching Live On because you think it looks good and hey you haven't watched it yet maybe you'll like it, only to watch the first few episodes and it seems super familiar. And then it turns out you HAVE watched it and just forgot about it but you didn't figure that out until episode 6 🤦‍♀️😅 no wonder I was so suspicious of the broadcasting girl for no reason, I had already watched the show 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I swear sometimes I have no brain. I still liked the show though, both times I watched it lol

Okay, I'm excited for this one! So first things first, the opening is definitely giving off Hotel Del Luna vibes for me. There are actually a lot of similiarities between the two shows in general.

I'm still trying to figure out what exactly the male lead's ability is, but I think he makes people more honest when he makes physical contact with them? On the bright side it got him out of being scammed by that pyrmid scheme guy though. It's good to see Yook Sungjae again, I really enjoyed him as Deokhwa in Goblin. I enjoy BTOB's songs too.

Bruh. The guy harrassing the girl grilling the meat at the store. 😡 "That's why you work someplace like this." Excuse me?? The other customers deserve samples too, they're not just for you. Not gonna lie, I would have done exactly what she did, told him off and try to get the tongs back. As someone who works in the service industry, scenes like these make me so angry, because they actually happen in real life. Why do people act as if service workers are less than? 😡😡😡 If anything, I have immese respect for them.

Oh HELL no. He did not just ask HER to kneel and apologize to HIM. Nope nope nope. This type of reaction is exactly what fuels the entitled attitude of people like him. 🙄🤦‍♀️I would have left too. Good on the male lead for trying to stick up for her though.

Male lead is sweet and smart. ❤ I wouldn't want to leave her alone after she almost stepped in front of a truck either.

The way Mr. Park looked her up and down like that. Can I please jump in the screen and punch him. Just once. Excuse you sir she was employee of the month for so many months not because of you, you didn't have anything to do with it, but because she had the patience of a saint. God knows I wouldn't put up with being treated like crap for that long.

I love the way they ran to each other at the end! So far I definitely like this show. Originally I started watching because I saw that Yook Sungjae was starring in it, and now I'm so glad I did! It reminds me a lot of Hotel Del Luna, which is one of my favorite shows, so I have high hopes!
