End of Technopreneurship
      Last week was the final week of our journey. We promoted Roses and Vows with invited two judges and yes we do everything. My team make it to the top seven groups who will perform on the Demo Day as we faced investors and the final round of our promotion. I was like woowww!! my team did it, all the hard work are worth it. After the presentation we prepared for the final round we practiced again, upgrade Roses and Vows and practice answering for the possible questions. The day has come and we are all nervous as my team will be the first to present. For me Demo Day was different from all the presentation that we experienced maybe because all different courses, instructors, classmates and big time judges are there to witness the judgement day. I and Alicia pitch in front of people Keisha and Lovely explained for our website.
      As the event ended on that day we didn’t make it on the top three. Congrats to the winners you deserved it guys and for the rest congrats to us people. No heart feelings for me, it was a nice game the experienced that we had for the rest of this semester taking the subject Technopreneurship is the key for it. We don’t know the world of business but by the help of the subject, mixing technology for it was a great experience the lesson that we had will be our token bringing that lesson until we will face the real world outside. Lovely, Keisha and Alicia my team Fourth Harmony, it is nice working with them I’ll never regret that I belong on this team. I learn a lot of lessons with them, the bonding, burdens also everything we never fight, we shares idea we faces the same direction and discipline was our key making to the top.

Pitch Deck Competition
In preparing for our Pitch Deck Competition I and Alicia will be the one to present Fourth Harmony. We prepare our power point presentation and script for promoting Roses and Vows. A five minutes presentation in front of audience and board of judges, in making this possible we summarized our script. Only important data will be tackle in our presentation. We also asked an advice how to present a pitch, an important information from the power point should be discuss properly and confidence is the key to success. We practice and practice, edit for script and memorize, practice again with five minutes timer. The information that we had from our consultations, seminar and research, we apply it to clarify our data and to prepare us for the question and answer portion. I will be the one to tackle our competitors their advantage and disadvantage and the uniqueness of Roses and Vows from them, presenting my team with different distinct assignment, our needs and actions to survive for a year and summarization that will strengthen Roses and Vows. Â Our hackers Lovely and Keisha prepared our product Roses and Vows website, we will present this to see the progress and how the site works.
October 5, 2017 is the day of Pitch Deck Competition held in the ICT AVR of University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines, 14 groups with their proposed startup gather in making the event possible, four board of judges and invited audience fourth year Computer Engineering students. Everybody are prepared, from calling who will be the next group will present, but the nervous that we had that day never ends. Some groups catch our attentions they are good in their presentation some are not. The hardest portion that we will all experience are the question and answer portion. Our judges shares their concerns in our startup from the market size, the accuracy, reliability and functionality in proposed product, the shares that we will get from customers, competitors and any other concerns. The time has ended for the competition but there remaining 5 groups including us Fourth Harmony who cannot present due to the limitations of time. We listed some of concerns from our judges that ask from the other groups so that we can answer it directly in the presentation and hopefully we can satisfy them. We will have more times to prepare, we will continue to practice, gather more information’s and continue coding for the strengthen of Roses and Vows.

Consultation for the Betterment of Roses and Vows
Last week the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines celebrated our intramural for this year 2017, we have no classes in that days in giving the students to enjoy the event. That week also we had our consultation for our startup, this consultation are preparing my team Fourth Harmony in the upcoming pitch deck presentation we show data and starting of our website. The consultation clarifies our Business Model Canvass which are very important to strengthen Roses and Vows. From the Key Partners until the Revenue Stream we need to have a brainstorming to accomplish our goals. In our Value Proposition we should categorize it between the clientele and the event organizers. Quick View for clientele that can also increase network and customers, sales for the event organizers.  In our Key Activities we will have an activities to keep the company moving and cooperating sales and marketing development. Of course in our Key Resources it must support our Key Activities sample of that are servers, developers, sales representative and many more. The Key Partners of ours like hotels, Amazon, magazines and many others that has a big impact they can recommend us that we have a high quality of services it promotes our company.
We tackle also about our Customers Acquisition Cost how we will get, keep and grow our customers. Advertising through Tweeter and Facebook are one of our activity to have a customers but we need to pay attention for this because our target are the event organizers but we all know people uses Facebook so we need to sort event organizers only for us to gain customers and to aware that Roses and Vows exist for them only. We will going to have a product demo to get event organizers. In keeping our customers we have a customer loyalty program with reward and bonus subscription discounts to make it possible we need to think the ranges of years or month to provide this discounts for our loyal customers. First 6 months for our early adopters they will pay us for 2000 pesos they should not be back out, 2500 pesos for the regular month it should be a lock-in period so that the income of the company will be stable. The data that we need to pay attention will be our next action to strengthen Roses and Vows. The group join also for the upcoming world cup competition for startups. This competition will be held outside the country. We will grab this opportunity to promote Roses and Vows in foreign country. My team now are preparing for the video pitch and the upcoming pitch deck presentation. Choosing who will be our representatives, preparing for data’s, script and power point presentation hope my team can make it till finals. Â

The importance of Seminars
For the betterment of our start-ups we attended a seminar entitled “Financial Management for Start-ups” last September 18, 2017 held in ITB AVR of University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines. We tackle about the Customers Acquisition Cost a metric that has been growing in use, it has a cost of inducing a customer in buying our start-up, an income from our customers and a market spending or customer extracted. We have learn more also about our Customer Life Value a projection to estimate a customer's monetary worth to a business after factoring in the value of the relationship with a customer over time, it has the net present value of money from our customers, it helps in making more accurate understanding of what Customer Acquisition Cost means in our startup.  To improve our CAC we need to enhance our on-site conversation metrics and our user value. In financial forecasting for a technology company its cost structure are the product, operations, marketing and other expenses. It is very important for us in attending this kind of seminar learning more from the people who has an experience and knowledge about financial management in startup for us to be wise in dealing when it comes of our money and the return that we will get in our services.
In getting more interviews we created a new questionnaire for our second side of our market the customers of the event organizers. We arrange it for them to understand easily. The interview will be base to strengthen Roses and Vows when it comes in their satisfactory and a proved that our site is the easiest way in finding event organizers. In our pricing tactics we will have a discount offering specially reduced price is a powerful tool in gaining customers and a penetration. Penetration because we will   start at a low price and gaining market share before our competitors catch up with us. If our customers have a loyal base we will find ways to raise prices later this tactics are for the event organizers. The metrics that matters on our startup are the virtual metrics  for the numbers of visits and how frequent they use Roses and Vows and our customer acquisition cost because it simply tells how much we acquire one new paying customers it is very important that we pay attention for this. In our revenue model strategy we will have a subscription fee for our valued customers. Our next actions is to have more interviews in our two side of market.

Road Map for Target Customers
Last week Fourth Harmony planed and had a brain storming in building our customer relations model by getting, keeping and growing our market size. We had a two sided market which are the event organizers and their customers. The team decided to have an AWARENESS by advertising Roses and Vows through Twitter and Facebook because we all know that social media are mostly used by the people and as we observe social media never fails businesses to keep them to grow, even if they are our big time competitors they can help us building our market size. Second we will have an INTEREST, a CONSIDERATION for our marketing campaign and a SUBSCRIPTION for our customers and clientele bonuses. In KEEPING our target customers we have a customer loyalty program with rewards and bonus subscription discounts and a customer’s service. In making our customer`s GROW we going to have an up-sell for event organizers storage offers or plans, cross-sell and referrals.
In calculating our budget the team decided to have a 50.00 pesos per day multiplied by 30 days we will have a 1,500.00 pesos budget. The team assumed that we will have a 500 customers but only 100 customers are actively being used the website and log-in so we have a 1,500 budget divided by 100 customers we will have our customers acquisition cost of 15 pesos per customer. A 12 average subscription per year, 2,500.00 pesos for average purchase size and a 3 estimated loyalty in years build our customers lifetime value for only 90,000 pesos.
In our Business Model Canvass our Value Propositions for Roses and Vows a Quick- view event organizing deals and services. We categorized our Customer Relations namely we had GET- we will use social media ads, Facebook campaign and partnerships, KEEP- customer service, loyalty rewards and bonuses and lastly GROW- referrals, storage plans and offers. The team decided also that we will have an Artists as our potential customers, sample of that artist are the photographer, hair and make-up artist and many more and of course the Event Organizers our target customers and also our potential channel partners. The ideas that we had right now may help our start-up grow as we continue gather data and code for our Roses and Vows Website.

2nd Pitch Deck Presentation
Last week I and my team do a lot of preparations for our second pitch deck presentation. We visited again the DTI for the information that we are asking, the number of event organizing business who are registered here in Cagayan de Oro City but sad to say we didn’t get what we want. Some of staffs of DTI was not around because they have an event on that day. We just leave our name and contact number to inform us that they have the information that we want. After that we organize our power point presentation for the betterment of our start-up. From our problem until the summary we focus in filling all the information’s that we have.
Our Target Market consist of 1,500 for our TAM, 700 (47%) for the SAM and 50 (0.03%) for the SOM. Our Economics consists of three year total cost for the survival of our start-up we total all our expenses based on our research and experience. A three competitors that we have twitter, Facebook and domain operators which are commonly used by our target customers as means in promoting their business. In one year we categorized our actions into three namely launch of products, hiring of staffs and marketing campaign which we are needed 800,000 php to lunch Roses and Vows with our compiling marketing campaign. This information`s help us a lot to strengthen our product.
The team decided that we will have a three representative for the pitching presentation Miss Lovely Paculanan, Miss Alicia Galito and I myself for us to divide the presentation and so that we can memorize our script. After the power point we then create our script in our assigned topics and practice for it. Â September 6, 2017 was our second pitch deck presentation with three panels. We are confident of Roses and Vows by the help of the data`s that we have. Miss Keisha Berondo discussed our enhanced wireframe. We are glad to hear of all the positive comments from our panels specially that one of them experienced the burden in finding event organizers here in the City. They give some advice and information`s to increase our market size like wedding proposals. I am proud of my team for getting this idea was very helpful for us, as we are the first to develop platform that gathers all event organizing business to showcase their services. We now focus for coding roses and vows and show it to our target customers for their comments to satisfy their needs.

Final Stage
The midterm stage has ended and now we are facing the next chapter of our journey as well as our start-up the Roses and Vows that brings all event organizers in one website to showcase their services. Â As the final stage starts Fourth Harmony will be experience the second Pitch Deck Presentation. Fourth Harmony are planning to have a two representative for the pitch deck Miss Lovely Paculanan and Miss Alicia Galito for us to experience pitching in front of the people promoting our product for five minutes.
In our last week presentation Social Commerce is our new channel because we provide customers with a platform to talk about their services on a website and providing all informations the customers need to research, compare and choose you over your competitor, thus purchasing you not others. Our early adopters will be our channel partner they can access to our beta versions of releases and will have a subscription discount for 6 months. We choose them because they are the one that can promote Roses and Vows in their co-event organizer it also depends if they like our services. The data that we have helps improve our Business Model Canvass for the next pitch deck presentation.
Our next step is to prepare our power point presentation for the upcoming pitch deck. Gather more information`s through interviews and research. Â Enhancing our script that promotes Roses and Vows for five minutes. We will visit DTI for our target market and hopefully they had the information that we need, the number of event organizing business who are registered here in Cagayan de Oro City. We will update our presentation by having a distinction in our problem because last pitch deck the page in our problem is crowded. We will include our salary in our economics and estimate the total cost for us to survive in a year. Â The team will clarify also if 60,000 php that we ask in our future investors is enough for one year. We will focus in the five minutes rule to indorse Roses and Vows, a fast and meaningful presentation will lead us to a final wave.

Blog 11th Week
In our subject System Analysis and Design our team Fourth Harmony decided that we will make Roses and Vows be our project. First we have an individual decision as thesis is the first project to be implement for System Analysis and Design. We realized that Roses and Vows is the best project that fit for Software Engineering. The team did not waste the idea that we had and since we conducted an interview it will be an advantage for us to defend it. We will create and upgrade Roses and Vows as we continue to our next subject for the second semester the Software engineering.
We are still waiting for the response from Department of Trade and Industry as we ask for the number of event organizing business that are registered here in Cagayan de Oro City. It will be our next step to visit again the DTI to follow up the request their problem is that it is hard for them to sort event organizing business because there are a lot of businesses that are registered in the City. In our business model canvass we team change the channel to upgrade our startup. Â Our Early Adopt is our channel partner they can use our beta version of the site and they will have a discount for 6 months. Our early adopters will be the one to advertise by advising their co-event organizers that Roses and Vows can help them showcase their services through social media. Â
We have learned that Roses and Vows belongs to a Social Commerce channel because we helps event organizers engage their customers with their brands according to the customer’s social behaviors. Providing customers with a platform to talk about their services on the website. Provides all the information customers need to research, compare and ultimately choose you over your competitor thus purchasing from you and not others.

The Day of Pitch Deck Presentation
On August 17, 2017 I and my team experienced the first presentation of Pitch Deck were Roses and Vows as our product introduced for 7 minutes and another minutes for our wire frame in front of our classmates and instructor. Before we reach that point we gather information`s and interviews to strengthen Roses and Vows. We went to DTI with the letter that indicates our information and purpose, the letter says that we ask for an average of event organizers that are registered here in Cagayan de Oro City. As what we expected we can`t get easily that information because they told us that it is hard for them to find or sort that information due to a lot of numbers of registered businesses here in Cagayan de Oro City. Our letter will be sent to their head in DTI and they will text or call us if they had that information.
We enhanced our wire frame for the presentation. The team divided the pages to make our work as fast as possible. We made the page for messages between the event organizer and their customer, page for the clientele and the event organizer and many more. We also enhanced our power point for the presentation to make our startup be understandable in the audience. Roses and Vows a medium for event organizers to showcase their services the message says it all. We help Miss Keisha Berondo as she will represent our team in the Pitch Deck Presentation. We focus revising her script because that will be our plus points to catch the investors.
The day of Pitch Deck Presentation, everything is set and we are the first to present. We show everything all the hard work are worth it. As the presentation ends we learn a lot of lessons. First in asking some information`s in DTI, week before the presentation we must give the letter to have the data that we need in the exact day. Second in showing our problem during Pitch we must have a distinction because the page that we create is crowded. Third in our Economics we must include our salary so that we can survive for a year and many more years to come. Lastly re-think if 60,000 is enough to ask in our investors to survive for 1 year. All of this lessons that we have, it will be our next step to gather more information`s, more research and brainstorm to strengthen and prepare us in the next PITCH DECK PRESENTATION as our time to introduce Roses and Vows will be in 5 minutes.

Igniting Roses and Vows

A manageable task done by my group was helping us in making our startup be ready and presentable this upcoming pitch deck presentation. We`re confident to present it and preparing our self for some advices to enhance Roses and Vows. Â
Our hackers Paculanan and Berondo continue coding in our website Roses and Vows. They are done for the Login and Registration. A testing for the accuracy of the system. As what our instructor advised in our consultation, we`ve been through DTI to ask some information for the numbers of event organizers who are registered here in Cagayan de Oro City for the additional information in our startup but we are advised to have a letter to get the data. We continue practice our pitch deck by helping Berondo because she will be our representative for the said presentation. We help revising her script for the additional information`s and preparing our power point for better understanding of the audience. Our next step is to have a letter to present in DTI, gather more interviews and continue coding in our system.

Pitch Preparation
Last week the team focuses in preparing for our pitch. We come up for the decisions and ideas in enhancing our startup. Brainstorming is our method to carry out all ideas. Bringing out all theories into reality by searching and having an interview in proving that we need Roses and Vows in finding our perfect event organizer.
First and foremost we define our problem by having our customer persona this is for the both side of our market. Without problem we couldn’t make solutions for it. We have their need statements and painpoints. Using this information we can cure their pains by providing what they want. An alternative method to boost their business for the event organizer and to be conditioned in their event for its customer. Their statements can give us an idea in solving their case Roses and Vows is the answer for it.  “Bringing all Event Organizers in one website to provide fast, easy, and convenient special life event services for all celebrants” our slogan says it all.
Interviewing has a big part in enhancing our startup, by this method we come up 3 early adopters that are willing to be our customer and they shared us in giving our return. We can`t make Roses and Vows without having money to continue and survive for a year. The team decide for the expenses in creating the site. In year 1 we had a revenue for 81,000 pesos, total cost for 58,000 pesos, cash flow for 23,000 pesos and accumulated cash flow for 23,000. This will be our hypothesis since we don’t hire maintenance and hustler in our 1st year. If the startup will continue we have to pay the IP Domain, Utility Bill and Miscellaneous. This is very important that we need to define our cash flow for us to be ready and to survive in upcoming year.
In businesses we have competitors and that’s normal. Facebook is our main competitor since all people use this for chatting, finding friends etc. and people uses this for business. What Roses and Vows differ to Facebook is that, Roses and Vows gathers all the event organizers while in Facebook the user search by name. It is hard for the user to remember the business name when they use Facebook and search for the page there are lots of names that comes out and that’s not what they are expecting. In Roses and Vows you can see and search all the event organizers, hustle free and convenient to use. The user will be the judge in choosing their event organizer. For the event organizer Roses and Vows is affordable in showing their services.
      What we learn is that it is good to have a competitor in business because this will be base if your business is strong and for us to be challenge. Having a competitor in business brings out the best in product. We will work hard to separate our self from the competition.

Wire Frame
Last week, we had an overnight with my team Fourth harmony. We enhance our wire frame, every page we put details to catch the eye of our valued customers. We have pages for Home, Services, Bundles and Promos, About us, Contact Us and for the Home Page for our customers. We have different pages to enhance, I assigned for About Us that contains what is Roses and Vows and Fourth Harmony. It is very important to put this page so that the event organizers and their customer will know our goals and they can trust us by putting some information`s to encourage them. I assigned also for the page of Bundles and Promo`s, we put this page for their promos it will be an additional for them to encourage their customers. We put everything to showcase their services and to satisfy their needs.
On July 29, 2017, we have an interview in Capistrano with our enhanced wireframe. We explain the function of Roses and Vows. We explain every pages detail by detail. It can help us to show our wireframe so that they can suggest to fill their satisfaction. First we entered Joy Wedding Hub, we already interview them but this time we show our wireframe. In our site the customer should Login first in availing Promos and services, but the owner of Joy Wedding Hub suggest not to Login, he example to us the Lazada Site even though the customer didn’t login they can enter the site. In paying us he like to give our return yearly or quarterly. He also suggest that our wireframe should have more designs to encourage them. He is willing to have a website, he even share to us that someone visited him to make a website, 3000 pesos for the design and they have monthly maintenance but it didn’t work. He encourage us to finish Roses and Vows because it is important to him to show their business in social media.
We entered also Miri Land Fashion with our wireframe. The owner don`t know how to use social media. It is difficult for her to understand what is Roses and Vows but we explain to her detail by detail. She is also willing to have a site in her business, she will pay us monthly 1000 pesos plus. We interview also the MJE Gowns Glamour with our wireframe. They have a Facebook Page in their business they use it every day. They have earn minimum of 20,000 pesos per transaction, a customers of 2 per month or 7. It is difficult for us to encourage them because they are more using Facebook in getting customers and someone also promised them to make a site but it didn’t work. When our sites will be finished they will pay us 500 pesos plus every month. The return depends on their transaction that was their hypothesis in paying us because they ask us on how much they will pay us but we don’t know yet.
We have learn that it is important to showcase wireframe in interview to enhance more the site and satisfy the needs of our customer. Understandable, because not all customers have an idea of computers and social media and patience for the customers that are not cooperating.

The Power of Consultation
“The successful man is the one who finds out what is the matter with his business before his competitors do” an inspirational quote by Roy L. Smith. That’s why we need to conduct an interview to fill the needs of our valued customers. We find problems and we find ways to solve it. I and my team Fourth Harmony, as a beginners in this industry we need someone to guide us in order to build and made our startup be useable and continue growing in the future thanks to our instructor.
In our interview we ask them on how much they would pay us and what is they preferred way of payment, confidentially one of the event organizers says 11 dollars per year or 5 dollars per month other says in 100% she will pay us 25% monthly. We have learn that in asking our return we do it yearly for us to save time and energy. Last week our possible customers says monthly but after the consultation we have agreed to do it yearly. Even though we are just starting, we need to be ready in all aspects especially when it talks about money. There is no hustle between us and our valued customers if we do it yearly it can help in our customers to have time and money to pay us. Instead of asking the return monthly we will do the rest of the days in improving our sites and find lots of customers. Let me recall, last week one of  the event organizer shared to us that she is just starting her business and we have learn that it is nice to have her as our customer because we are also starting . We can help each other in growing our market size and our business.
We have made our wireframe and we continue enhancing it. We will show it to them so that they can understand the work of our product and to convince them as our customer. The advice help us to think and understand more in this situation because we have lack of event organizers to be interview. We add other events to increase our market size. We have learn that we need to have a consultation in our chosen field for us to have information, to solve our problems, issues, and challenges. Diagnose opportunities, facilitate client learning and to build consensus and commitment around corrective actions.

Struggle of Interviews and Lessons to be Keep
The word struggle describe of what we experience this week in having an interview for our valued customer`s. As what we have seen to them they are busy entertaining their customers so we decided to create a questionnaire and leave it to them. Some says just come back on the other day and yes we did but sad to say they haven’t answered it yet. The effort of ours are there, we even soaked from the rain but we did not give up. Some of event organizers are willing to be interviewed. We face a different attitude of event organizers and we patiently understand.
To be honest we are lock of having a customers because we are just focusing in wedding and debut. So we decided as a team to apply of what our instructor advised to us. In our Customer Segment we will add another celebrations like birthdays, baby showers and other events to expand our market size. This week also we created wire frame and workflow in our website to enhance the quality of our interview.
In our interview we asked them if they are willing to invest and they said yes. If the website will be successful they prefer to pay us monthly. There is one customers says in 100% she will pay us 25% because she still starting her business. Â In my mind 25% is not enough, we need to improve our website and advertise more to gain profit. We also interviewed possible customers of event organizers for additional information. This will help us to convince event organizers as our customer because they prefer to search in website rather than finding event organizers in Divisoria. There is a possibility that our hypothesis will change in conducting a lot of interviews.
Another lesson that I`ve learn this week is to give and ask their mobile number when leaving an interview sheet. This will help us to save time, money and energy in finding another customers to be interviewed. We just ask them on mobile phone if they are finish to fill up the sheets only if the customer are willing too and if they are done that’s the time we will go and get the questionnaire. Â

The Beginning of Our Journey
Last week we start our Monday in a workshop that can help us to enhance our knowledge in our chosen field in startup. The website for Roses and Vows. Let me recall the function of our website. Roses and Vows have a list of all Event Organizers for weddings and debut and the customers will be the one to choose. This will set as a bridge for their business. In our workshop we decided as a team in our Business Model Canvass. Our Key Partners is of course the Event Organizers because we will exchange information’s to make the website possible and to showcase their services by contacting us. In our startup we had a two fields to be base between the Event Organizers and their customers. Key activities is promotional website for the Event Organizers, key resources is the sales representative, for cost we set this as a domain. In value proposition is a medium for event organizers to showcase their services, for their customers is online canvassing for event organizers services. Customer`s relationship for event organizers is promotions for their customers is freebies. For channels we use website for the customers, social media advertisements and pages for event organizers. Customers Segments we have an event organizers to showcase their products and services and for the people who are looking for an event organizers. Cost is domain and revenue for event organizers is commission per client and for their customers is free.
It has a possibilities that our hypothesis will be change by conducting an interviews in our customers and consulting people who have a background in having a startup. As we start our interviews we made a list of questions for the event organizers and their customers. On July 7, 2017 we conducted our first interview in Capistrano. I`m the one to enter and speak first to ask question in our customers if we can have an interview. We visited a lot of shop for event organizers but we did not have an interview because their bosses are busy entertaining their customers and we cannot interview their employees. So we decided to ask their vacant time and day to have an interview. Luckily there is one event organizer that gave her number we will have an interview to her through phone call. We learn that in having an interview we cannot please the owner because they are busy. Not all the time they are available so we need to adjust. Asking their vacant time and day is the best way to have an interview, patient and understand their situation because they are our customers and customers is always right.
Roses and Vows is a website since Berondo and Paculanan have an experience developing a website by using Django in their OJT we plan to have a training. On July 8, 2017 Paculanan and Berondo taught me and Galito about the functions of Django. Django is different in WordPress that I used in my OJT. Django uses python language in developing a website. We will be using Django because it is easy to use than WordPress. Our next action is to start developing the site we will be assign in different task to develop it on time and have an interview in our scheduled date. Â

Roses and Vows

As an individual we have different personalities, motivations, ideas and skills but as a team we have the same goals to achieve. We work for the future in the world of business.
We have completed our group by adding Alicia Galito as part of ours. My team now are Lovely Paculanan, Keisha Berondo and Alicia Galito girl power. As days goes by we have a lot of ideas that we share Dining Stall and Meal Prices which is an App, Language Fluency, Online IC, Barangay Hall Online in getting Sitio Clearance, Business Permit, Barangay Clearance, Indigency and Educational Assistance, Events App and Grab a Doctor and we decided as a group to have an Events Management website as our startup. This idea or soon to be a proposal is for Weddings and Debut. This website is like a brochure that contains a lot of event organizers and the users will be the one to choose, it is like an Online Job Site. Our website is a way to communicate between customers and event organizers. This will help the event organizers to have their customers and customers to have their event organizers. We choose this because as Lovely Paculanan experienced in preparing her debut she struggle a lot due to her studies and she has no time to organize it. It is hard for us to organize a wonderful events when we have a busy schedules. It is a waste of time and energy so we are seeking organizers to help us preparing our unforgettable day. We approve it as a team because we also experienced about it from our relatives and friends we witness their burdens as they prepare their event. Website is the best to showcase our products to have a lot of customers and we decided the name of it the Roses and Vows. Roses for debut, Vows for soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Our goal is to have a lot of customers and made them happy in our services through our websites. We dream to have a successful event Roses and Vows is the answer of it.
I relate our website in Online Job Site. It is like a brochure that all Jobs are in there and you will be the one to choose to apply. Our website is for the event organizers. We will have the list of the event organizers the customers will be the one to choose. The top 3 players in our chosen market area for the Websites in Online Job Site in the Philippines are JobStreet.com, JobsDB.com and Onlinejobs.ph. The top 3 players in our chosen market area here in the Philippines for the websites of Wedding Event Planners are Rita Neri, for Sophisticated Setups (www.ritanerieventplanners.com , [email protected] ), Amanda Toril of Boracay Weddings and Events, for a Whimsical Big Day (www.boracayweddings.com.ph ) and Chinkie Agregado of Metro Eventscape Planners, for a Beautiful and Intimate Events. For events we have Weddinglibrary.com.ph, Fernwoodgarden.com and Gazeboroyale.com.
 We learn a lot about teamwork. Sharing ideas, skills, experience and goals. It is nice to work with a team to correct our failures and in managing our time when deadlines comes. As days goes by till this semester ends we now experience the world of business as a startup. From ideas, implementations and to gain profit we will bring this learnings till we start our own business as an individual or as a group.

My Team
“Everyone has an idea but it`s really about executing the idea and attacking other people to help you work on the idea.” An inspirational quote by Jack Dorsey a Co-Founder. That`s why we also need to team up with the other person for us to learn more in the industry of business. We need to be wise in choosing a team. My ideal team is that all members should be working in all aspects, some are good in software programming and hardware, having lots of ideas, don’t easily gives up and have a character of being an entrepreneur. Â
In this section I don`t have any close friends because all of them are enrolled in the other section so I am free in choosing my teammates. Actually I apply two partners because both of them are searching for one member. I even made my own group to make sure that if ever they will not accept me I have a reserve. The partners of Garcia and Galito, Paculanan and Berondo and Galos and Zamora. All of them are good and qualified to team with. I don’t have an idea if they will accept me or not because they have friends to team with and to be honest I am not really good in software programming. I have no choice but to wait, the power are in their hands if they will choose me or not.
My journey in searching of teammates ends when Paculanan and Berondo accept me in their group. I am so happy because these two girls are really good in plan making, programming and hardware. We`ve been working also in our past projects and all of them are successful. I know their abilities and I am confidently sure that we can pass this and I trust them 100%. Paculanan is really good in all aspects the ideas she had, programming and hardware. Berondo also is good, but there is one thing that I observe in Keisha she gives up easily when she don’t get the work of a project which is not good in this matter. When this two girls combine I am sure that our project will be success. Even if am not really good in programming, I have ideas to share with them. Confidence in facing other people which is Paculanan and Berondo choose me because of this attitude. I can help them in all aspects and I will make sure that they will not regret in choosing me. Last week we start our brain storming, we share ideas in the area of software. In our project lists we have Dining Stall and Meal prices which is an App, Language Fluency, Online IC, Online Barangay Clearance, Events App and Grab a Doctor. We work before, we know each other, we trust each other we join in accepting failures and success.
Trust is the most important that you can learn in the group. Positive thinking, lots of ideas, confidence, skills can leads us to success. Don’t give up easily and learn from your mistakes. Without a goal you can`t score.
