Hey you, the system reading this. Despite what people may tell you, you’re allowed to be angry about your trauma.

You’re allowed to cry, to yell and scream, to have those days where you don’t or can’t act “mature” or “strong” about what happened. You’re incredibly resilient, and aren’t any less so for embracing the moments that might make us feel weak. You were just a child, after all, and you didn’t deserve any of it.

As someone who was constantly praised during our adolescent years for handling it all so well, the expectations we put on ourselves (and others put on us) caused severe guilt around breakdowns and lashing-outs. Just know you’re no less valid for how you express your feelings and experiences.

Can anyone who is anti endo reblog this so we know we can trust you? Endos are harassing us on here, breaking dni and we need support from real systems and people who actually give a shit about trauma survivors singlet or not.
