I first created this blog because I was sad and needed a place to vent. But now I feel much better. I left the depressing world behind.

I treat most things in my life one way or another:
I'm not interested in this. I don't want to spend a minute on it. I can overlook it even if it appeared in my life everyday.
or
I looooooove this. I want to know everything about it. I want to spend all my spare time engaging with it and even when I do something 'important' I still think about it. Also I'll become a semi-expert in it in two weeks when I've gathered every relative information I can find & study it all the time.
In this light, high school is quite forceful. All the subjects I studied went to the first category but I was still made spending a considerable amount of time on them.
One advantage about this kind of mindset is that I can explore a topic in depths like second nature, a 'skill' that can come in handy in graduate schools.

I know ASD and ADHD are not something you can turn on/off but it seems like you display more perceivable symptoms when you’re in an uncomfortable environment. Being more into your special interest when you don’t like your daily task. Stimming harder under pressure. Things like that.
