- The writers said that Mikoto and Totsuka had a "special relationship" that others would think is "unmanly" even going as far as to say their relationship was "kept a secret"

- Izumo saying that only Totsuka could tame the beast inside of Mikoto.

- Izumo ACKNOWLEDGING that he himself couldn't make Mikoto stay and understood Totsuka's important to Mikoto and why Mikoto had to do this.

- Don't forget that Mikoto and Totsuka were alone in heaven together with one bed. Homosexuals <3

- In the Kingdom of Red novel, the parallels to Ichigen telling Totsuka he'll find his king and Honami, Mikoto's teacher telling Mikoto that he's going to find someone that's going to break down his walls and be that important figure who's going to make him the center for everyone else

- How Totsuka Is the ONLY person that Mikoto goes "who hurt you" and is ready to rip heads off.

- In a side manga for a celebration, Izumo has literally thought about killing Mikoto to end his suffering, but Totsuka is there to remind him that Mikoto can be reigned back, his thoughts literally being "so many times I've thought: I should put an end to this. Grant him peace. But every time, you'd calm the flame".

- Mikoto doesn't genuinely smile. Only when he's with Totsuka. One of the writers kinda mentions this.

- Totsuka reads Mikoto like a freaking BOOK and knows his true feelings and inner thoughts. The writers talk about this.

- Totsuka is very important to Homra, to MIKOTO. So when he died, everything literally fell apart. I'm sorry, but only for Totsuka would Mikoto basically kill himself. If it was someone else important to him that died, he would get his revenge but not kill himself if Totsuka was there to reign him in.

- Mikoto was the very first attachment that Totsuka had gotten and also got incredibly attached to Homra. In Totsuka's childhood, he didn't have many real attachments outside of this.

Mikoto literally became a nuclear ticking time bomb when Totsuka was killed. He lasted TEN DAYS! TEN FUCKING DAYS without him.

He wore an earring with his blood to remember him!

Totsuka was the only one who could get through Mikotos flames without being hurt and the only one Mikoto would listen to!

Mikoto would be ready to go apeshit and Totsuka would be like hey king maybe not? And wild af Mikoto would be like oh yea ok maybe not…

When Totsuka dies Mikoto is essentially like ok now it’s time for the world to burn then…

And when Mikoto dies who does he think of?! TOTSUKA (front and centre) you can’t make this shit up!

I come back to the ship for the pain sometimes and my god it’s one of the most tragic ships around and I’m always racking my brain as to how they weren’t insanely popular!

Trio Days of Mikototsu (event)

Hey folks! Since my brain-busy dumbass totally wanted to do an event this month (because it's Mikototsu month SNIFFLES), even though I REALLY wanted to, I'll take this month to announce an incoming Mikototsu event that I decided to name Trio Days of Mikototsu!

So to keep folks from getting burnt out, I decided to do a 3 day event taking place on February 13th-15th, landing on Totsuka's birthday week!

The prompts for each day are:

February 13th: Passion, flames, red, and butterflies, royalty (added that last one last minute lol)

February 14th: Totsuka's birthday/anniversary

February 15th: Free day!

I love how people watch mafia animes then go like this character is super manipulative and evil... These guys are in the mafia? What are they supposed to be or do? Be good guys and sell candies? They're obviously out laws, they are bad guys, it's funny bcz ppl want the mafia Aesthetic but not the mafia.

Like in Khr, a lot of ppl hate reborn bcz he's a mean baby, that's a' hit man who was turned to an arcbaleno who was asked to tutor a kid for a big mafia familia' that you got there, he's obviously a criminal. He didn't come to make friends, the Manga and anime clearly stated that he was deadass there to turn a highschoolar into a mafia boss, he's not even being subtile about it, he never hid the fact, that's literally his job and mission, after having killed ppl for a living for years (none said those were bad ppl either).

For him the familia is everything and mafia is good, he doesn't care that he's doing smth illegal, he threatens ppl with guns every two seconds. That's the whole picture, the synopsis, the essence of Khr, the idea here, nobody is genuis by figuring it out, there's no reading between the lines, those are the lines lol.

I'm saying that this is a fictional work where mafia are organized in families and have powers and mafia schools and tutors etc, obv Reborn is bad, but bcz this is in a weird setting and he's a baby in a fictional story and it's funny in a slap stick humor way, we love him for it, it's also an anime where we side with Mafia so we're supposed to like evil stuff? but ppl draw a line when it's the characters they like who gets harmed and need to give them online justice. They're gonna be harmed, it's the mafia. There's no logic, ethic or justice here, it's a fictional mafia POV story, named over the baby hitman reborn.

That's not the only mafia anime where western fans bash a mafia character for doing smth bad, not realizing they are in the mafia, not realizing that the mafia can never objectively be good and there aren't bad and bad stuff, it's one bad and mafia will always be bad, but for the sake of fiction we can pretend it's cool in a story.
