nobody told me that it was this fucking easy to enter the void like wtf I am actually crying rn because I just OMGGGGGGH
this is all I did: just before falling asleep in my head I was like βHEY SUBCONSCIOUS! WAKE ME UP IN THE MF VOIDβ and then while falling asleep I just affirmed βI am so happy that I woke up in the voidβ.
when I woke up I felt like I was floating in the air and that I was not inside my body, I knew I was in the void but I didnβt open my eyes instead I just said βI have all of my desired that I scripted from the notes appβ βI have all of my desires from the notes app rnβ and then I got out of there and the fell right back to sleep.
when i woke up I was about to faint cuz I didnβt know where I was until I realised I was in the apartment that I manifested and then I started jumping and happy crying because I had all of my desires right in front of me.
I couldnβt stop looking at myself in the mirror because now I am just so sexy and my body looks so amazing!
I will definitely be going back to the void to manifest more things so stay tuned for more success stories

lack of motivation
hi guys! i just wanted to share my struggles with motivation rq to get it all out.
this is a share blog after all.
basically after several failed attempts i decided to take a small break which turned into a few more days that i wanted due to not sleeping in my own bed. i wonβt go into more detail into that but anyway.
i attempted to shift last night despite not being alone, however i fell asleep before i really got into my method (visualizing and counting back from 100). admittedly thatβs not a good method for me but itβs all i could think of at the time.
iβve lost a bit of motivation because of my high symptoms but lack of actual shifting the last time i attempted.
i am trying to surround myself again, but itβs difficult.

shifting methods!!
so idk who made this originally, but it's not mine. i found it in my google docs and i know fs that this isn't how i type so like ye. i think it's from a long deleted discord server. have fun reading :)

lay on your back in a starfish position (no limbs touching, make like a star with your body). count to 100. after you reach 100, visualize your Dr, say your affirmations, and go to sleep. you should wake up in your Dr.οΏ½οΏ½

visualize yourself on a train, you are heading to your dr. be very comfortable and self affirm on your way there. look out the window and visualize scenes from your Dr playing out. when you feel like you've arrived at your Dr, open your eyes.Β

write down affirmations and where you want to go (can be on paper or your phone, but do NOT put your phone somewhere it will over heat). place under your pillow or near you, and go to sleep. you can also put your script with it. this method goes well with other methods like the Raven and Sunni methods.Β

Β lay down in a comfortable position and imagine your are physically in your Dr. the pillows, blankets, sheets, etc, ARE IN YOUR DR. feel it!! constantly affirm and visualize your dr until you fall asleep. when you wake up you should be in your dr.Β

imagine yourself in an elevator, you are going up. affirm between each floor. imagine each floor is a different scene from your Dr, really visualize and imagine it. when you feel like you're there, get out at that level. visualize yourself in your desired body and you should be there.Β

Β pick a song (I usually pick one that reminds me of my Dr or a person from my dr, you do not have to do this though, it is my personal preference.) imagine you are dancing to or enjoying the song with someone from your Dr. at the end of the song, they lead you to a door and open it, revealing a bright white light. say your affirmations and walk through the door. you should only see white light. you will experience the normal symptoms (numbness, tingling, feelings of heaviness, feeling like you're floating, etc). once the symptoms subside, affirm once more and go to bed. you should wake up in your Dr.Β

imagine yourself climbing a staircase. climb for however long you desire. when you reach the top, there will be a mirror, look into it at yourself. observe yourself as it will be the last time you see your cr self for a while. when you are done and feel ready to shift, look behind you. there will be someone from your Dr there. they ask if you are ready to go, say yes. you take their hand and they lead you through a door. behind the door is your desired reality. do not move during this time! after this, go to bed.Β

for this you can lay on your side or your back. put in headphones (doesn't have to be headphones, it might work better for some though), play an audio of a heart beat. visualize yourself laying on someone from your drs chest. listen for at least 10 minutes. after you feel done listening, imagine they get up and lead you to a door. take their hand and walk through the door. visualize a bright light and start feeling signs of shifting (tingles, floating, numbness). once you feel you've left your body, start visualizing your Dr. see your Dr body in the same position your cr body is in. go into your Dr body. only open your eyes when you feel you are there!Β

listen to theta waves (6Hz is recommended), then after that, meditate for about 10 minutes. after you finish meditating, repeat "I am" over and over until you start noticing the signs of shifting. start counting to 100. at 100, you should be feeling most symptoms of shifting. you might see a bright light. then start saying identity affirmations. for example, "I am (Dr name)" or "I am going to (Dr location)". after a while of affirming, you should start feeling detached from your body. when you feel this, start visualizing your Dr. feel your surroundings change. once you're sure you're in your Dr, open your eyes and you should be there.Β

imagine yourself sitting against a tree. then visualize someone from your Dr running past you. follow them. they will then jump down a rabbit hole, continue following them if you really want to shift. fall for as long as you like. while you're falling you should start to feel symptoms of shifting. once you hit the bottom, visualize a table with a key on it, look around to find the door. pick up the key and open the door. on the other side of the door should be your dr, go through the door and close it. go to bed, when you wake up, you should be in your Dr. remember to stay focused and don't move.Β

put something over your eyes, like a piece of cloth or a bandana (mask owo?). put on some white noise. close your eyes and visualize walking up to your Dr self. visualize merging with each other, becoming one. you've just became your Dr self. fall asleep and you should wake up in your Dr.Β

imagine getting up from your Dr bed, put your feet on the floor. visualize what the floor feels like. apply this to hugging someone from your Dr; visual and imagine what it feels like to hug them. then do activities with them. after this, say your affirmations and go to sleep. you should wake up in your Dr.Β

imagine yourself walking down a grand Hall. this Hall is filled with people talking amongst themselves. at the end of the Hall there is a piano, imagine it however you want. sit down and start playing a song, doesn't matter which song, but I recommend one that connects you to your Dr. imagine slowly playing the song, everyone stops talking and all eyes are on you. once you finish playing, get up and take a bow. announce to everyone "thank you I must go home now" and walk back down the Hall. at the end of the hall, imagine someone from your Dr. they take your hand and ask if you're ready to go home. say yes and follow them down a corridor to a huge door with a golden handle. they open the door and walk into the light. when you feel ready, follow them. when you walk in, visualize stars. then start imagining yourself on the train to Hogwarts. it should take you to your Dr room. imagine laying down and falling asleep. you should fall asleep in your cr and wake up in your dr.Β Β

you want to be really drowsy. get into a comfortable position and think about your dr, visualize yourself in it. once you are almost asleep you want to say "I intend to wake up in my desired reality". you want to fall asleep right after you say this so your mind has no time to doubt it. you should wake up in your dr.Β

alone in your room with no distractions, lay comfortably in your bed. visualize yourself at an afternoon tea party with your Dr self. right before you fall asleep, tell your Dr self that you have to go home. stand up and hug them. when you hug then you should melt into them and become one.Β

lay in a comfortable position, and visualize yourself in a dark room (first person). then visualize yourself falling quickly. as you fall it should get lighter. visualize your Dr bed with your Dr self in it below you. as you get closer, you should be slowing down. reach out for your Dr self as if reaching for a hug. hug your Dr self and become one. as you become one, you start to glow, your energy growing stronger. then fall asleep.Β

When you feel ready, imagine your consciousness leaving your body by climbing a rope which leads to your desired reality. imagine climbing it until you reach a portal, for example, this could be the door to your Dr bedroom. go through the portal/door. imagine your Dr self is sleeping in your Dr bed, visualize your consciousness entering your Dr body and taking over.Β

Imagine you're in your CR bedroom, there's a key onΒ your night table. when you pick up the key, a small door in one of your walls opens. behind the door is a little crawl space, enter and start crawling. while your crawl, start visualizing your Dr, imagine different scenes from it. you should start to feel symptoms of shifting. When you feel ready, visualize another small door ahead of you, that is the door to your Dr. when you go through, you should be in your Dr bedroom. imagine your Dr self is asleep in bed. get into the bed and melt into them, becoming one. go to sleep, you should wake up in your Dr.

How to shift reality?
Disclaimer: This content maybe a long one because i wanna give a clear cut explaination
β Find a peaceful, quiet place
A calm environment helps you concentrate on shifting. Go anywhere that you can have some privacy, like your bedroom. Close the door and put on some music that lifts your mood and promotes creativity.
β Eliminate distractions so you can focus just on your own thoughts.
β Make a "shifting playlist" or play songs from your favorite movies and shows.
β Light a candle that reminds you of a fun place you want to visit, like a forest.
β Write down why you want to shift.
Make sure your motivations for shifting are healthy. Take out a journal or open up a word doc. Ask yourself about what you hope to accomplish when you shift , maybe you want comfort, happiness, or excitement. Reflect on your reasons for shifting.
β Choose your DR (Desired Reality.)
Use your fave franchise as inspo or create your own world. If you want, you can design your own dimension , it can be fantastical or realistic.
β Think about gorgeous settings from movies that took your breath away.
β Combine worlds β for example, take elements from a movie and a show.
β Dream up an original DR (Desired reality). Reflect on what your ideal reality would be like.
β Describe who you want to be in your DR ( desired reality)
Craft a new identity for yourself or stay the same. Think about how you want to look and what abilities you want.For example, maybe you want purple hair and telepathy. Give yourself a name and brainstorm all the qualities youβd like to have in your DR. Itβs also totally fine not to tweak a thing and just be yourself,maybe you just want a change in scenery!
β Make a character bio, includes details like your backstory and your habits.
β Draw your "DR self" or use an easy portrait maker like Artbreeder.
β Hold onto traits you love about yourself, like funniness or kindness.
β List the relationships youβd like in your DR.
Picture the friends, relatives, or anyone you want. Reflect on the people you want to be around and stay close to.
β Decide how long youβd like to stay in your DR.
Get the most out of your trip, maybe youβd like to stay a whole month! Use a "time ratio," a formula that calculates how much time goes by in your current reality(CR) while youβre in your DR. For example, one hour in your CR may amount to a week in your DR.
β Fill out your script.
Planning out your adventure makes it easier to enter your DR. A "script" is a plan you create for your DR so you're clear about what you'll experience when you reality shift. Journal about the identity and relationships you already decided on for yourself. Then, map out the rules of the dimension youβre going to. When you vividly picture your DR, youβll access it more quickly.
β Lie down and try grounding exercises.
Relax so you can enter a state of enhanced consciousness. Lie down on your bed and focus on relaxing all your muscles. By the time youβre done, you should feel drowsy and almost ready to sleep. Youβre more likely to be in a hypnotic state, which is great for traveling to another dimension.
β Repeat affirmations in your head.
Hypnotize yourself with hopeful phrases to access another reality. "Affirmations" are short, powerful messages that train your mind to think in a specific way. To access your DR, make up affirmations about how youβre completely capable of jumping to another dimension.
β Focus on signs youβre entering your DR
Pay attention to physical cues, like heaviness or weightlessness. Your experience may be different from another shifter. Hereβs a list of some common symptoms you may notice
β If you visualize going down a rabbit hole, then you may feel gravity pulling you.
β If you picture astral projecting sending your consciousness somewhere else, then you might experience a floating sensation.
β You may see a bright light, which is a sign you're close to your DR.
β Your heart might race because you're excited about your trip.
β Enjoy your visit to your DR.
Savor every detail, from the people youβll meet to the places youβll see. Immerse yourself in your DR and use your five senses. For instance, enjoy the beautiful scenery or check out your crush! Focus on creating wonderful memories you wonβt forget and forging new friendships. Youβll have so much to reflect on and smile about, even after youβve left your DR.
β Prioritize your CR (Current Reality) when you return
Set a time limit to be in your DR, then work on making your CR amazing. Maintain rituals that bring you joy and brighten up your CR.

OKAY I was about to give up shifting right? I had been going at it for what, 3 years now, and no dice for a LONNG time. like last night was my deadass deadass last night to shift and if I didn't, I would've fucked off and actually tried dealing with life here then something happened ya know. i was scrolling through yt ya know, as usual, and this super small creator releases a sub. I was probably gonna ignore it but it had a simple title, nothing better to do than shift today, and I was like valid and clicked on it. listened to it, felt a few symptoms but was like, yeah nothing new and continued on demotivated as hell right? well guess what, I didn't listen to any other subliminal that night, didn't affirm, didn't do a method, didn't do shit. just went to sleep a few minutes later and I FUCKIJG SHIFTED AND IM LIKE GIRL????? this is a (super) belated reply, but I'm incredibly glad that you shifted! i suppose miracles happen when we least expect them. from another angle, it slightly(?) looks like some reverse psychology is also at play.
and don't give up indeedβit's hard, yes, but always remember that you didn't make it all this way for nothing. it has to count for something. even if it takes three years or longer for some, never forget that you started your shifting journey for a reason. even if you're stuck in a rut now, it doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be that way forever. it only takes time.

these shifting methods are fail proof which means you will have no choice other to succeed with these shifting methods. these methods are backed up by science which has a higher chance of you succeeding. every method i listed down below has been personally experienced by me and i shifted or minishifted with.

sleep paralysis is when ur mind is awake, and ur body is asleep. and during this you cannot move or speak.
sleep paralysis happens to us every single time we sleep, sleep paralysis takes place when we are dreaming, and it stops us from acting out our dreams.
many people are afraid of sleep paralysis because they see horrifying images or much more uncomfortable things. but itβs all in ur mind, not can or will harm you physically.
since anything we say in sleep paralysis is instant manifestation, due to us in the mind awake body asleep state. you can prevent seeing anything you donβt want to see.
now ur probably wondering, βhow does this work??β
when you are in sleep paralysis the logical side of the brain is off, which means all the limiting beliefs that you have wonβt matter anymore. since ur right brain has fully control, which is the creative side of ur brain. anything will and can be possible.
now how do we get into sleep paralysis?
itβs many ways to get into sleep paralysis, but i just will be sharing the method that makes 90% of people succeed.
WBTB method, which requires setting an alarm for 3-6 hours before you go to sleep, anyways when ur alarm goes off do something to keep you busy for 15-20 minutes, avoid blue light if you can.
when you lay back down, you should be having hypnagogic imagery, so you might see clear shapes, or imagines form.
i recommend having something playing in the background you have a good balance between consciousness & unconsciousness. so this can be a subliminal or just a show or movie playing.
the more relaxed you are, the faster youβll reach sleep paralysis.οΏΌ
when ur close to sleep paralysis you should hear a buzzy sound or vibration, this means ur close to sp, just fall into it and you should be in sleep paralysis!
now to shift, just visualize or affirm that you will be in ur dr! and you will be there in 60 seconds or less (:

hypnagogia is a state between being awake & asleep. during hypnagogia you maybe see shapes, hallucinations. we get hypnagogia every-time we fall asleep and wake up.
some common effect is seeing colorful shapes, or random imagery like people, or objects.. you may hear music or voices.
if you close ur eyes and see some random shapes or colors, that means you are in a light stage of hypnagogia.
now you can just induce hypnagogia by just being sleepy. or you can use meditation.
now how to shift with it. once you start experiencing hypnagogia, you can either start visualizing or affirming for ur desired reality.
start visualizing/affirming whatβs around you, what do you see? what do you hear? use ur 5 senses.
ur subconscious is very very easy to trick during this state, ur reality is based of ur 5 senses. once you state visualizing or affirming for ur dr, ur subconscious will think itβs real which makes you shift to ur dr.
while ur doing this, you should shift to ur dr. this can be used as an awake or sleep method.

Hello loves! This is my first ever post on Tumblr and Iβm really excited to share with you guys what I have learnt about the void state! The title isnβt a clickbait, no worries at all. So stay tuned to read more and perhaps you might be able to enter the void state fast tonight π€

I was watching this video and the guy explained how he was able to reach the void state within 10-15 minutes. He then mentioned a term called βmicro-sleepβ which he claims to have helped him to reach different altered states of the mind within a short period of time, and best of all, without doing conscious, deep-relaxation (ADHD friendly).

You might be wondering, what is micro-sleep? It refers to very short periods of sleep that can be measured in seconds, rather than minutes nor hours. It is usually achieved by sleep-deprivation, exhaustion and many more. It is uncontrollable and could be dangerous if it happens when you are in the middle of doing an important task such as driving.
How does micro-sleep feels like? Signs of micro-sleep include drowsiness, trouble focusing, heavy eyelids, blank staring and yawning.
how can we use this to our advantage?
Since the theme of my blog today is about the void state, I will be sharing with you how you are able to use micro-sleep to enter the void state very quickly.
During micro-sleep, you are literally dipping in and out of sleep, which would cause extreme relaxation in a short period of time. All you have to do is to dip and out of sleep for about 5 times before proceeding to affirm your void affirmations to enter the state consciously.
what if I do not know whether I have micro-sleep?
I have a solution for you! Remembering my past research, there is something called the βramp timerβ that is widely used by the Lucid dreaming and Astral projection community, in order to reach altered states of the mind quickly. All you have to do is create one by yourself by using this video or just search on Youtube. There are a lot of them, mostly made by Phase Evolution on Youtube, so do pick out which resonates to you most. Try to estimate the amount of time needed for you to fall asleep and pick a ramp-timer video out!

Here is a step-by-step guide on how you could enter the void state by using this technique:
1. Lay down and play your chosen ramp timer at a comfortable level. Set an intention to enter the void and fall asleep naturally
2. Once the timer wakes you up, try to fall back asleep. Do this for 5 times or more.
3. When you feel like itβs the right time for you once you are awoken by the ramp timer (only do this step once you have awaken for 5 times or more by the timer), imagine yourself doing a motion which consists of you going down. For example, going down the stairs or going down the elevator. You do not have to visualise but really feel it.
4. As you go down, start to repeat your void affirmations. βI amβ, βI am pure consciousnessβ, βI am the voidβ, βI am not attached to any realityβ. Continue to affirm and within a few minutes you should be in the void.

One tip that has helped me immensely while entering the void is to sit on a reclined chair. It helps me not to fall completely asleep and I have more chances to enter the state in one night. Another small tip for the method I mentioned above, it is best if you are able to make your own ramp-timer since you are able to customise it. If not, you can try to edit out the available ramp-timers on Youtube to fit your needs :3

shifting progress ~
this is just going to be my little log for shifting, so if you don't care you don't have to read :)
11/14/22 -
i attempted shifting first after my calculus class around 4:45(?). i tried the void method and eventually fell asleep with my binaural beats in until 6pm. i was unsuccessful.
i attempted shifting again when i went to bed around 2:34am. i tried the ceiling method first, and when my eyes closed i tried the eye method. i had some symptoms, such as i heard the squeak of the gym floor and i heard hinata and jageya yelling. however, i was unsuccessful, but had vague dreams about my DR.Β
11/15/22 -
i attempted shifting again closer to 5. i first tried using a practice subliminal however it was too much noise and kept me from becoming unfocused. i then tried another subliminal, this time one for a bus ride back from a game. i was unsuccessful even though i was very disconnected from my body. i knew i was still in my cr. i donβt believe i can shift, but i know i can. I was very upset by my almost shift. I became very upset and irritable. I want to shift and i want to hang out with kageyama. I surround myself with haikyuu things, and yet i cannot shift.Β
i tried shifting when i went to be however i could not get myself to do it. i think iβm going to take a small break and attempted more later in the week.

welcome to my blog
β€ hi, i'm art! i'm shifting to haikyuu and this blog is for documenting my journey.
β€ so a little bit about my dr self. she is on the karasuno volleyball team, but,,, the boys one. i was originally going to shift to a guy, but tbh I would rather be a girl. so kill me if you want but in my dr a girl on the guy's team is plausible.
β€ my dr self is the sister of tΕru oikawa, and she's basically the girl version of him with the opposite personality. i thought it would be an interesting concept given his "relationship" to kageyama. in my dr, i went to the same junior high as my brother and became best friends with kageyama.
β€ another thing i added was that i'm basically the same height as hinata, and that I play the same position as him. i scripted it so that I basically take his arc, and he is my backup. he will still be important and i will definitely become friends with him. everyone has their same positions and nothing else is really different.
β€ so far i haven't shifted and i have had many attempts. I'll come back every day to log my process.
