You know, all three times Palpatine took an L it was because he couldn't just couldn't stop jizzing lightning. In fact, with the exception of the bit where he tries a little burst and Yoda just catches it, every time he does it it breaks bad for him in some way cause he's just to much of a sicko to stop electro-jaculating in time. Compare this to the dignified, almost regal, force lightning emanations of Count Dooku.
Don't really have a point, but sometimes you just gotta post about Sheev Palpatine.

im just so happy i live in a time period where actual meaningful biological transition is possible. even if we lose rights or the ability to exist in public, nothing can turn back the clock on that, and just by having any sort of access to that our lives are made immensely better. millions of our sisters throughout history would never have dreamed of a day where they could have what HRT does for us.
please don't lose the plot of this. if you're a trans person on HRT you're a living miracle, the dream of hundreds of millions of your ancestors. your lives are all deeply meaningful no matter what anyone says.

That's true, although it doesn't seem like that's really happened much since.
#in recent years I've made a lot of peace with Valve's shift in focus toward maintaining Steam#keeping TF2 alive#and making amazing tech periferals#would I still like a Portal 3?#yes of course I would#but as an adult I recognize all the greater good they've done for the community#especially with encouraging and promoting smaller developers#and encouraging annual sales#and charity bundles!#Steam has all of these featurss built in and encouraged for developers!#any other “iTunes for games” so easily could have gone so much worse#so thank you Valve#thank you for everything you've done

sometimes mental illness does make you act like a bitch. when my ocd was undiagnosed a couple years back I was absolutely insufferable because I could not control my confession/reassurance and rumination compulsions at all and I fucking hated myself so everything had to be morally pure or I would spiral and I made myself believe and said some things that made my personality not the best. sometimes healing means knowing that you are not perfect. sometimes mental health issues make people act awful and that does not give you the right to demonize and dehumanize them or the disorder. yes even that disorder. and sometimes you have to forgive yourself for the bad things you believed. you are not perfect and that is a good thing.
