Too much sitting has ruined my body

Too much abuse has gone on for too long

After just 20 minutes of play, I got cramps in both legs. I’m so finished. This might be the end for me. I can’t believe I was once a full-time striker on the field, running 90 minutes without breaking a sweat. What happened, man? I feel so defeated right now.
