I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and excitement and so, so happy to announce that I’m joining Thomas Bosket as an inaugural artist-in-residence at the Lemons Brook Farm Artists Residency. I’ve been writing and creating on this dreamy property for a few days and will spend the rest of April getting to know this stunning region and exploring it through my work. Thanks very much to the Delaware Highlands Conservancy, the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance, the National Parks Service, and, especially, Laura E. J. Moran of Beautiful Traditions for this fantastic opportunity!

On Tuesday, 4/14, I have the pleasure of reading as Urbana’s local spotlight! Not only am I SUPER excited to have been invited to read at one of my favorite series, but I’m doubly honored to read before the fantasticcoolashellincredible Danez Smith.
As always, Urbana’s free workshop starts at 6pm, with open mic signups at 6:30. The show starts at 7pm, and is followed by a slam. $5 at the door. Sidewalk Cafe on Avenue A. Note: they have one of the best happy hours I’ve seen in lower Manhattan. Cheers!

Ever find yourself pining for the days of the artsy lit salon à la Gertrude Stein and her petite Alice B. Toklas? Pine no more, my darlings!
I’m excited to perform as part of Nica Buescher’s Free Traveling Salon on Sunday, March 22nd at the LGBTQ Center. The fun begins at 6pm in Rm. 210 at 208 West 13th Street in Greenwich Village. There will be poetry, dancing, painting, and, rumor has it, some 1930s Parisian chansons to get the Stein/Toklas vibes going.
See you there, mes cheris!

BUST magazine ran a few of my Instagram pics (and this shot of me by Julie Hart taken during WAM’s campaign session) in this great article on the amazing BinderCon!
It was such a pleasure to be a part of the team that brought the first BinderCon to New York. If you missed the east coast con, be sure to look out for the next BinderCon in LA this spring!!

Recently wandered TriBeCa with Pittsburgh-based photographer, Heather Kresge. It's been a while since our last shoot and, once again, I am so happy with the results! Click the pic to check out her site.
