Hi! Wishing for a pastoral cottagecore farm life makes sense. It makes sense to want a job that is normal and boring but not too tedious or full of BS rules. And it makes sense to want access to green and growing things amongst a healthy environment. It also makes sense to want a job that supports in a way that allows interactions with society at a controlled pace and within comfort of food and shelter and rest. But that can exist in the busiest of cities. Humans aren't inherently evil or harmful or parasitic. We can build parks and communities and share responsibilities. We can be good. Life can be better. Tearing things up or breaking them down or destroying the world hardly ever achieves anything except chaos. Returning everyone to spacious green fields of Agraria would require massive upheaval and a culling of people and spaces. Probably wouldn't work out. Alternatively, moving to an isolated farm or shephard's cottage in the middle of nowhere implies a level of financial freedom that discards most of the population's chances of escape to a similar situation. Gonna be difficult and require neverending maintenance, but working together to improve what we have is about the best we can do.

Inktober day 5 - Binoculars skipped 4 as I wasn't happy with anything I made for it. In general realized I just don't have the motivation for inktober this year. Gonna finish up the stuff I have and get it posted and then just get back to working on Moraah stuff

Starting off Inktober, Day 1 - Backpack

had no ideas at all for this so turned out kinda meh, but its a warmup day A WARMUP DAY I TELLS YE.

Am I sad af that they didn't get a happy ending just raising space goats on a quiet planet? Yes yes I am! But also I do live for the drama so.... They deserved to drink that bottle together T-T

Friend recently introduced me to clipping. and been loving it. Specifically Nothing is Safe really wormed its way in. I think the very John Carpenter esque instrumentals are what did it, and then the lyrics my head just started interpreting in a horror way. ( I think the lyrics sound most similar to telling a story like assault on precinct 13, but this is where my head was at)

Sketched up a bunch of stuff off of it but realized the scope was ballooning fast and would be too much to do so just lined and colored up this bit here with a section of the lyrics. Maybe in the future will sketch out a short comic based off the rest of it if I got time.
