I haven’t been active in an Ed for a long time now so I’ve gained A LOT of gross weight. I’m gonna start restricting again, I’m probably gonna start with less intense deficits so I don’t binge, then I’ll work my way back up to intense deficits.

The Sara Rules
I have a very thin coworker who is so everyone loves. I’ve developed a set of rules for myself based on her eating habits.
•Fast until lunch each day
•Eat a small, healthy lunch
•Eat slowly. Try to be the last one eating.
• Always leave something on your plate
•You may eat a small snack in between lunch and dinner
•Eat a small portion of dinner before 6:30 pm every day.
•You may have one treat item with dinner if you have been good all day.
•Don’t eat until lunch the next day.
•Workout at least four days a week
•Walking/jogging is the preferred workout, followed by swimming or biking
•Workouts should occur first thing in the morning, if possible.

Best Stomach Toning Workout
Planks! Planks tone your stomach so much, and pretty fast. I saw on Tumblr this plank routine that takes less than 5 minutes to do, and it helped my stomach tone up so much. I could see a big difference and my core was noticeably stronger about a week after I started doing it. The routine is: 1 minute of a plank in push up position 30 seconds of an elbow plank 15 seconds of a side plank on each side I do it 3 times a day, and it saved my life Thank you to the person who made that routine and posted it 💚
