i looked up the song of the sea bc i couldn't quite remember what came after 'ashira', and i saw they had a very weird transliteration of it. appearing to indicate vowel length, glottal stops, using 'w' for vav, just a whole bunch of wild things. ok, that's not inherently bad - there's a group of weird bible history scholars who hate jewish transliteration, they might have been the ones to do it. so i went to the talk page to see if anyone discussed it, because of course there was no explanation on the page itself for why a transliteration no one would ever say was on there.

and the talk page was just. all people whining about judaism, 'if you hallucinated a burning bush you'd have to be on drugs', and the worst. 'hey why is [the tetragrammaton] written as an abbreviation, this violates wikipedia's neutral point of view, we should write it as [fake full spelling of the tetragrammaton]'.

i fucking hate wikipedia so much, it's probably one of the top 5 things that's made me lose trust in goyim

Lmaooooo jvp got caught for fraud

Essentially there was a covid relief fund which non profits engaged in political activies could get money from once, but not a second time like other people and non political non profits could. But jvp applied a second time and actively lied about what they do so they could get it a second time.

"At the time it applied for the second draw PPP loan, A Jewish Voice for Peace certified to its lender and the SBA in the loan application that it was “not a business concern or entity primarily engaged in political or lobbying activities, including any entity that is organized for research or for engaging in advocacy in areas such as public policy or political strategy or otherwise describes itself as a think tank in any public documents.” It further certified in the loan forgiveness application that it met the conditions for receiving the second draw PPP loan. The investigation revealed that A Jewish Voice for Peace was primarily engaged in political activities."
