JWC is my surf coaching business profile, the content all about surf, training, nutrition & surf trips, very much an external exploration. These last couple of years I have had more opportunity to take a trip more internally. @duraes_west ART is something I am more insecure about and consequentially less public about. How professional artists put their souls on display in public galleries is something else! Exploring images, light, movement, colour and how the universe all fits together are thoughts unfortunately often spinning around in my head during hours of looking out upon the ocean and I figured maybe it would be good to catalogue the process, at least for my own sense of organisation. I have seen steep learning curves with my returning intermediate level clients this summer. Working from home has given them much more time to physically train on their @smoothstareurope surf skates, pop up drills, paddle fitness in lakes, rivers and surfing the North Sea.
