FEATHERED. Ah. He's been noticed, though not by face, it seems. Akechi makes no move to leave the fringes of the crowd, lest he be swamped for attention, but he does give a slight wave when the stranger's eyes fall on him. There, the discerning gaze catching the light of the sun, but red-brown eyes hold no warmth.

He's intrigued by that stranger. He wonders what precious information he'll be able to pull from their lips.

FEATHERED. He hasn't been out much this past week, stewing in paperwork and other bureaucracy. So it's nice to get a walk on his own, earbuds in, listening to the city hum.

Though that man in a gaudy pirate coat would fit far better into Harajuku than Kichijoji. He hopes he isn't too obvious as he shifts under an awning to people-watch, trying to ascertain what the hell this oddball is doing.
