This might be far-fetched but listen up:

Theory

I think Aristotle is hiding something. Just hear me out. So we know that Arthur has been missing for a very long time, and is currently presumed dead.

We also know that Aristotle is looking for magic gems.

I think Aristotle knows exactly where Arthur is, but that Arthur is under some sort of curse. My theory is that aristotle needs a specific gem to undo said curse, that being the reason he's looking for the gems.

Im guessing he's set up camp somewhere near where billie lives and thats he's staying there for a reason.

Think about it: why else would aristotle be so hellbent on finding those gems? Judging by the location of the gems he's clearly willing to risk a lot to get them.

Why they havent told billie? Im guessing not to give her false hope.

Why they havent told anyone at all? Magic doesnt seem to be very common, so theres a good chance he'd end up being blamed for it, if anyone believes them at all.

I'm sorry that I'm flying right off my feet with theory, although my blog is completely devoted to art, but I HAVE A THEORY ABOUT BARNABY's FATHER so, as we know, his father was present in his life in the past, as can be seen on a pack of milk and looking at another art, where Barnaby supposedly lies, you can see that on he doesn't have a bow tie, which is present on the living and dead uncle owl, plus, the outlines of the clothes are similar to what the father is wearing, so I have a theory that Barnaby's father is withering, that is, gradually dying, or he died from a fire or something, but it's not cancels the fact that he may have died

İ was thinking about this theory about Aristotle being a villain a LOT but i never talked about it so here we go.

So as we know from Fantoccio's "İ've had enough of you song" that there's two foreshadowings. One of them is "We could both be pirates on the sea" which is clearly a foreshadowing to ClawBay and Elaine.

And than there's that Lyric, "The final act is sure to be a theatrical plot twist worthy of a prize" which could be a subtle foreshadowing to the game end that there's going to be something unexpected is going to happen.

And i'm going to show a picture to you. You guys probably saw it either on bbu fanblog or the dc server.

Now look at closely.

everyone (including Aristotle) has the outline colours of the gem they're the holder of. Also Billie has an blue outline as well but there's another theory so we are letting that slide.

Now hear me out on this one

So we have like four bosses, right? Fantoccio, Dutch, Elaine and Barnaby. So we are letting the Blue gem slide for ANOTHER THEORY, and here there's two.

BUT(T).

Why is there five gems if we only have four boss???

Hmm?

FUCKİNG THİNK ABOUT İT.

While you think abt it, lets get to the second theory.

We all know Billie's magic is Blue, right? When i searched for some information on Wiki for a year ago, in the description of Billie (pls correct me if i'm wrong i just remember it that way) it was written that they founds her Father's bell in the forest and gets her powers after putting it on, but it's changed since like, the game still develops. İ really don't know if it's an abandoned concept, or maybe the person who wrote it tought it's too much spoiler and changed it, i believe that Billie gets her abilites from the bell, that has the BLUE GEM İNSİDE İT. Like, they DO have magic on their own but like with the extra power they're getting they can't control it and ends up having magic meltdowns, explosions and etc. And i also realized that her bell gets that blue-magic-thingy around it like when she uses her powers.

So if we'll put two and two together, i believe that Aristotle is going to have a boss fight after with Billie when they collect all the gems to take the blue gem from her that they didn't even knew that they we're carrying of. (İ don't have an theory of why they want to collect all of em, pls reblog it if you have something abt it)
