Kind of a more serious rant that I feel strangers on the internet can relate to:

I hate being trans for many reasons, but yk I love it too ofc

One of the biggest reasons now since I’ve realized I was trans (ftm) is because having a crush on someone sucks so bad.

There’s this guy in my class who’s super cute and I love his style (even if it’s simple) and he’s always listening to music from what I’ve seen, but I’ve never talked to him and I have no idea what he’s like.

He’s probably straight anyways and being trans makes it that much harder because I don’t look like a guy physically.

Plus he was walking w sum girl today so whatever

I know it’s dumb and like kind of not important, but it makes me kind of sad thinking about my future in dating, because dating cis people sounds difficult, especially cis dudes.

I was just thinking about how post-crash curly doesn’t have eyelids. It sounds so dumb but Im genuinely curious if anyone has thought about this

Obviously curly is at risk for SOOO many things because of his lack of skin(?) and literally everything about him, but in specific, I feel like not having eyelids would make all this worse

He can’t blink so he probably has to have eyedrops or something but given how many times we blink, I feel like someone would have to constantly watch over him no matter what

And also wouldn’t he potentially go blind?? He has nothing to protect his eye from foreign bodies, he’s in a ship that has crashed so I can only assume there’s like stuff floating in the air all the time, and I’m not 100% sure Anya could handle having to take care of Curly in a realistic sense.

Sure, we see the game from Jimmy’s perspective whatever, but I don’t think anyone could really realistically keep Curly alive, whether they graduated med school or not, and especially given the limited resources they have.

I get this is a fictional horror game but it’s been on my mind I guess idk

Juneau knows what Jimmy did to Anya.

It’s important to mention that he is non-confrontational. He doesn’t want to fuck up the crew/job by saying anything to Curly, and he is probably slightly afraid of Jimmy following what had happened, so he stays quiet about what had happened. He also feels it’s “not his place” to tell Curly or anyone about what he knew, because he didn’t know if Anya would want that.

He does feel extremely guilty and is torn on what to do for a while, until Anya comes forward about what had happened.

He feels even more guilt for not saying anything about it or confronting Jimmy, and it leads him to drink himself to death before anyone can find out that he knew and didn’t tell anyone.

I just finished watching a play through of Mouthwashing bc I kept seeing all kinds of posts about it everywhere I am, and I was like “I’m just gonna watch someone play it so I don’t keep getting spoilers for a media I potentially want to consume”

Spoiler warning ahead

So I did and I reaaaally loved it so much. It was incredible and so well done fr, but I loved Daisuke so much. At first I was like oh my gosh he is so silly and then I cried over him (and like everyone else too)

It really made me sad when he brought up his mom and why he had his internship because I felt a bit of a connection that, which made me feel closer to him as a character as well as some of his personality and stuff

And I’ve been just feeling so violently ill over the fact he like had a family back on earth and he never got to see them again??? Hello??

I have this thing where unless a character outright mentions their family, I won’t think about that aspect of them too terribly hard, and so when Daisuke talked about his mom (and when Swansea talked about his wife + kids) I got so fucking sad over the idea of the life he could’ve had/gone back to, the people he left behind etc etc

I have this weird thing where any tragic character having a familial relationship in any way to any one will make me extremely emotional (due to my own life events probably) and so yeah it just super fucked me up watching him have to die, knowing he had more to live for than himself :(
