Crabcake Recipe...the only one you'll ever need.

It is. Certainly one of the recipes I am most proud of….took a long time, as most do, but well worth the wait. After tweeking this quite a few times, I found using the same ratio of claw meat and lump provides the perfect amount of sweetness.
