My Friend
I came across a fallen tree.
I hear the branches whisper to me.
Is this the tree, I used to know?
Is this the tree, I helped you grow?
A simple thing, so long ago.
We talked and sang; I loved you so.
And still do, even now as you sleep.
I tip-toe around you, for you I will weep.
Recalling memories so sweet.
You and I grew together.
Our roots run deep.
Entangled souls of this earth,
We were destined to meet.
Nothing can part us.
I am you, and you are me.
My forever friend, you'll be.

Back to Nature
I love to dwell in forest wild,
Where giant pine trees pierce the sky;
A beauty spot where Nature smiled,
A fitting place to live and die

Health is a Gift
Health is a gift
Which should you be preserve for years together
Health is better than wealth
Without health no wealth
Be it mind or body
Everyone should take care of their
As well as their family's health
During the pandemic
Everyone should be cool and calm
Caring for their health
Wearing masks
Keeping social distance, eating right food
Following rules and regulations
We must not forget that, someone is there at home
Depending on us and our welfare
As one the Father of Nation said
" it is it is health that is real wealth
But not pieces of gold and silver
So let us adhere
To the rules and regulations of pandemic
Let us not stay sick
Care for health of each other
As well as health of our body
As there is another
Saying "Real Health is True Wealth"

Earth Day
I am the Earth
And the Earth is me.
Each blade of grass,
Each honey tree,
Each bit of mud,
And stick and stone
Is blood and muscle,
Skin and bone.
And just as I
Need every bit
Of me to make
My body fit,
So Earth needs
Grass and stone and tree
And things that grow here
Naturally.
That’s why we
Celebrate this day.
That’s why across
The world we say:
As long as life,
As dear, as free,
I am the Earth
And the Earth is me.

The Gate of the Possible
You must write a poem each day
as thought you would die
at the end of it
You must defy the hag
who guards the gate
of the possible

TOUCHMOVE
by Peter Mayshle
Roman's elder brother, telling the story of the chick, based on his own experience. It is about a girl who once goes to a place where girls don't usually go. Turns out the girl gets abused by his partner, but hearing the story, Roman, turns out to be still a kid who doesn't know the ploys of the heart. Although Roman doesn't get the lesson his brother is trying to tell him, I think it is a symbol, that in this world there are people who would not respect and would take advantage of women. The story is a masterpiece, but readers should be good at analyzing and good at interpreting information and clues to get the real meaning of the story.

THE USE OF FORCE
by: William Carlos Williams
The Use of Force is a story about the doctor and his battle with a sick little girl who doesn't want to have a throat swab.
At first, the doctor looks down on the poor family, but at that moment he is calm, not until he lost his calmness when the child doesn't want to cooperate. What the doctor does in the story is understandable, if he doesn't do it then the child would die. He did that to save the child, since she doesn't want to cooperate, but the doctor loses control of his reasoning/emotions and hurts the child. Being happy while doing something like that to a child is not a good attitude of a doctor, and looking down on the patient's family because they're poor is not an ethical thing.

21st LITERATURE
21st-century literature deals with current themes and reflects technological changes. By reading literature it helps us to have self-realization by reading different stories that help to broaden our minds. Furthermore, it teaches us the power of communication and language, because, without it, it would be hard to have a mutual understanding with each other. When reading we immerse ourselves in the story, especially if it is a first-person perspective, we think and feel the emotions the characters in the book have. The importance of this is it exposes us to the different lives of people in different stories.
