So the Tumblr Artists community said that apparently I was getting scammed by an empty blog. Yeah, looking back, I should’ve seen the blog beforehand. It was indeed empty when I went to the account during that situation. Good thing I don’t have that much money in the first place anyway! I am never getting conned again!

People who have experience doing commissions and/or PayPal, I need your help!

So I did my very first art commission, and when it was time to do the payment, the commissioner sent me money $500 via PayPal (Cash App was originally my only payment method and he doesn’t have that. I probably should’ve used Skrill or Revolut (the other payment methods he has but I didn’t have at the time)), but the money didn’t show up (Note that I recently created a PayPal account and it was a personal account). I called PayPal for help, but every method I tried kinda barely works. Also I got emails about getting extra $300 and then returning the $300 back to him, but that turned out to be a phishing email.

TL;DR: I did an art commission (probably should announce that I am doing commissions) and I am currently having trouble with payment on an app that I recently created an account for and I owe him $300 back. HELP ME!!!
