So… I took a break and changed gears away from Ana towards healthy weight loss. Currently at 235 and steadily losing more. I’m also implementing strength training so the numbers on the scale won’t move as much but I will be looking better and feeling better. I’m only tracking calories right now but I think I’m going to start tracking protein too maybe carbs. I have pretty above average knowledge on strength training in different aspects such as strength vs aesthetics or body building. I’m not to sure what I’m doing currently working with 10-15 or 15-20 rep ranges but I think I might focus more into a body building routine once I get comfortable weights again. I’ve always loved working out and I’ve been serious about it on and off since for about 4 years but I took a long break and let myself go after last summer. I’m ready to get serious again I don’t have a membership to any gym right I only have some dumbbells and barbell in my room but that’s more than enough to start putting on some muscle. My goal physique would be something andro maybe more masculine upper body like bigger arms shoulders and chest but a tapered waist and big legs. Just a little rant diary:)

I need motivation to stay on track. Today Im fasting and have had enough caffeine to k!|| a small horse. Currently making dinner :). I hate that I’m a good cook and always have to cook meals for my family. The smell of the food is tempting and sickening. I might just cook serve everyone then lock myself in my room light some incense and do homework.
